Hi Senthil! For CS, for a decent student, you might get 8-10LPA. For ECE student, same if he is trying for CS based companies. But if he wants core companies then salaries are lower. It will be around 5 to 10 Lpa, depending on the respective company. (Average around 5-6). These are not exact numbers, they are just data per my experience at the placements. If you can afford the fees yes, but understand the fact that getting ece core jobs is not that easy as that of CS as there are less opportunities and companies coming to placements. Firstly I don't know who is defaming VIT AP and why, but I can tell you that as a student from that university , if a student works and does whatever he is required to do, he will get well settled after graduation with a good amount of knowledge and on campus placement as well. I was interested only to work in the core sector so I didn't focus on coding and data structures, etc which are required for software jobs which provide a higher salary.
