The history is fascinating. I spent six months in Turkey and even though everyday I tried to learn something new, I barely scratched the surface of one of the most interesting places on the planet.

What a stunning place - yet another Istanbul treasure.

Magnificent Century indeed what a architectural masterpiece this palace. The interior visual and decorative works are spectacular. The materials used were of the finest there is and still are. What skillful craftsmanship is displayed here. Just beautiful and the series Magnificent Century captures the essence of this tumultuous time period in Turkish history.

I visited this beautiful palace in 2001. I would love to again, after watching Magnificent Century. Asolutely beautifully filmed. I felt like I was virtual there again.

Appreciate the love Jules. The Palace was one of the most special places I got to visit in Turkey.

After watching Magnificent Century Sultan Suleiman n Kosem Sultan..cudnt resist myself to dive into history.. loved this virtual tour n imagined how the royal family would have enjoyed their stay. The team of Magnificent Century has taken care of each n every details of the palace n completely resemble it in the series. Thanks for uploading this video.

It is one of the most wonderful palaces I have visited in my tours of the world. The Sultan truly got to be in Nature, surrounded by magnificent structures and best of all, wide open peace.

It is truly a 💎 gem. The video and the Palace itself. 😘

What a beauty this palace is even today. It’s as beautiful as the famous palace in France.King Suleiyman had beautiful view of the river.

Thank you for filming this video and appreciate your description of each part of the palace. I am always amazed at how this city, once Constantinople became Istanbul. The great history and culture. The magnificent grandeur of the days of the Sultans brought back to live. I've watched Magnificent Century Hurrem and Kosem. And I am really looking forward to plan my visit to Istanbul and Topkapi Palace.

the last time I saw this palace was in 2001, while I was a student in Istanbul, lots of interiors were closed to visitors those days, now lots of interiors opened to visitors, through this video I saw many interiors for the very first time, in the future it will be more pleasing if you show yourself and make comments, the viewers in general expect more than seeing images.Congratulations for the video.

Hurram was the dangerous slave they had in that palace she plotted and killed the Grand vizier Ibrahim pasha and prince Mostafa.

Bravo....✌️ Never saw such a detailed, patient and thorough tour of the place that was once considered to be utterly mysterious and hauntingly attractive. Thankyou so much for taking out time ✨🌸✨ Love the way you provided subtle info in between. I was constantly drifted to the actual era of the palace when there were beautiful and delicate sultanas were roaming around, in their lush royal shimmery gowns and intricately stunning crowns and jewellery.. 💕✨🌸 If only walls could tell the stories... If only *rings* could tell the things...🔥🔥 mesmerized to see the impactful corridors that are hiding hundreds of mysteries and secrets in their hearts. There have been screams of the princes who were executed mercilessly by their own brothers and fathers 😥 The place is so full of unsolved mysteries that 1 hour 3 minutes is never enough.... I appreciate your efforts 👍

@@4KWorldWanderings If the font was a bit bigger it would be easier to read it faster, it doesn't last long enough to read everything on the screen. I can however pause it to finish the description, I find that the older I get the smaller type becomes difficult to make out. These are very well done, by the way.

The ceilings are so captivating. I wonder how old the big tree is. The one right when you enter the palace.. Where is the mosque where Sultan Hurrem is resting. Hope you can show us the next time you visit. Thank you for sharing.

I don't think they would have that much access to film the entire series.

It is a gorgeous place. I feel a little sad realizing that all that glory of the otoman empire is gone. The palace is there but the people is gone. Was it worth to spend time and money with such grand building?
