I saw there's one NG+ where you can recruit your doppelganger - I'm curious if you can visit your parents together and if that makes any difference. 😄

I think he/she died from the artifact encounter or something on Vectra.

If it's the normal version of the universe, Constellation will tell you the most you'll learn of their fate: the "you" from that dimension was supposed to deliver the artifact to them, but never got there nor did they give any news or contact anyone. In fact, when you make it to Constellation, they think *you* are the miner from Vectera. Something happens from the moment of their delivery to the moment you arrive to Constellation, likely something bad. I believe the most likely guesses are: a) The 'you' from that universe was shot down in Vectera's orbit by the Crimson Fleet and killed in space; or; b) They successfully defeated the ships, flew to Kryx as we do in the first playthrough, and were killed by the Crimson Fleet pirates at their hideout there. Either way, we know they never made it to Constellation and we never hear from them again, so the most likely is they are dead.

Do you also customize the parent of your character or does it match with genetics like in sims , great video

​@@dismayingmist7868im pretty sure thry change after every enhance use but at the same time it might just go by how you looked when you entered the unity, im not sure, all I know is I gave my character the Mars mining eyes and it changed my mother's eye color too.

They do change but the overall look is the same

@@thorssensgamesNCC1701 I really wish the parents reacted more to stuff like the alternate universes. Seems a bit like a missed opportunity for something that could have been awesome/hilarious.

Can you add that trait if you don't have it? My character is already a starborn

you can't even explain what happened to you lol

IMO, the "kids stuff" trait dialogue was already cringe before adding Starborn options.
