Every three months? When did they change the schedule? It had always been every other month. I set up as a vendor there three years ago and it was slow {blame it on the Fauchi virus}. All I sold was three pedals, but prices were fair and I got to meet some cool people. Worth the trip just to say I have been there and done that. Nice "Old Florida" atmosphere.

Dream venue, awesome guitars. Thank you for sharing. Cheers!
Looks like a great atmosphere, better than a claustrophobic Music shoppe or taking a gamble with buying on-line. You get the chance to really check the gear out with your own eyes-ears-hands. This type of "Music" fleamarket is a great idea. The prices looked reasonable too, less overheads, just 1-2 stall holders and their wares. Time will weed out the ruffians from the sincere traders. Great day out!

I think not many people do them because having guitars outdoors too long will make the necks warp

This is Jeff Fender, great video by the way, It was nice meeting you in Mt. Dora @ the Billy Fender custom guitar booth. Dude you kick ass on the guitar that you bought. Hope to see you again in January on the 14th. We will be back out there. Billy has built some more customs for the show.

Awesome video Hank, I really dig these sort of videos, I wish they had this sort of thing nearer to me. Some of the Billy Fender guitars look pretty cool
Cool, thanks. I undersold some gear there many years ago when I had too much. Now I enjoy messing with super light Squires and maybe "upgrading" them a little. The simplicity and fasting from the ridiculous "Guitar Industrial Complex" is quite satisfying at this point in life.
what a great show.. so much stuff, from the cheapest bargain starter gear, right up to the expensive and iconic. Darned I'm in England because I'd defo go. Thanks for uploading :-)))))))

What a fantastic video have a wonderful day ❤😊
A couple weeks ago, I saw a clip at a north-eastern bar/venue, and there was this older looking rocking-guitarist playing this 60ish car looking guitar that was lit up. To be truthful, I may have seen one of these before, but it must have been decades ago but I wasn’t sure. The guitar caught my eye, and here I am a couple weeks later, and I find out it is an American Showster, and I get a better look at a bunch of them. Thank you. I did watch the entire video and enjoyed it. Thank you!

I'm gonna have to head out to Mt. Dora if nothing else than to window shop a bit... That Gretsch 5220 is the one I'm looking for right now. I've got a few Harley Benton's but not the one in this vid... The Gretsch is my choice for a single cut over the LP's simply because I love the tone of the filtertron pickups and that Cadillac logo style stop tail piece. Lots of cool stuff at this flea market. Thanks for showing me that this exists somewhat close by.
Thanks for this hank. Ive never been into one, but i hope we have one here in UK

You're Welcome Raffy
D'ddario is based right here on Long Island in Farmingdale LI NY. I love their strings and will basically only use theirs. Love the color coding too, especially when I'm putting a new set on my 12-string! Cause it's a nightmare otherwise. Plus their strings are just high quality, great tone and balance. I also swear by their tuners!
Lol guitar heaven - I’m going to check out that billy fender guy, the woman’s body guitar was very cool
Nice and cute guitars. ❤

21:16 the phrase is latin which means "Thus passes the worldly glory". It's a phrase used when a new pope is coronated.
That 81 Matsomuko looks close to being exactly the same as one of the guitars i recently had renovated. The one you saw doesn't have the original pots and the bridge configuration is different. Mine was definitely from 81 as i found an old Japanese catalogue online and it was exactly the same. It originally had to have a battery in the back but instead of setting the wiring inside the same again, we decided to dump the battery and he did his own wiring design and a Buckethead style arcade fire button was installed instesd of one of its switches.

You’re the first and only person who had a peavey patriot that I know of. That was my first electric. It did not look like that guitar. It was all black, maple neck which today I would only get rosewood and the pick ups had a straight metal line across it. It served its purpose but I was glad to get rid of it. I did not like it. It was so stiff I was a beginner so that’s what they had in my price range. Today it’s so much better for beginners. I could not bend the strings but at least the neck was comfortable. Anyway, I went to get a Fender American standard at a different store and I read later that my hometown and that store was where Seymour Duncan got his start before I was born. I couldn’t connect with it and wanted humbuckers but I do still have it. Waiting to sell it. Waiting for the fender to be worth more. But the guy gave me full credit on the peavey because my teacher knew him so I got a great deal. And it was nowhere hear $500. It was around $200 I think. Can’t remember.

Got my first guitar today g ot a really clean pre owned prs s2 I love the looks of it now for the hard part of learning how to play it
Hank at 8:41 your looking at a vantage VP 795.. I have a Arira PRO II Thor sound. With same everything except mine is a bolt on. And the selector switch is were one of the two dip switches are... I'm still not sure what the other dip does on mine. I believe it's a phase switch... but am not sure. The guitar outline is the same.. even has that "Heritage" shaped headstock.... crazy man. Cool video too!!

I just got a peavey milestone in teenage relic EVH condition, only they used electrician's tape😙, for cheap. Had only the bridge PU - but it was an 80s SD Custom wound by Juarez 👻🍼👈🎯👈.!!
Great video, sure wished I could have made it. Maybe next time.
I wish I had a flea market in my area like that!
I am defiantly going to follow up with Billy Fender!!!
Guitar Center dude made this hilarious. lol!
What fun! This is died and gone to heaven fun! My only advice would be to linger over each guitar a bit longer and show the headstock- brand name even if they are no no names. That is what I find interesting. Subbed! Keep ‘em comin!
The Schaller trem on that Peavey is a dream. Those only stayed in production on the Japanese Fenders etc for a couple of years 84-86 be use they were too expensive for Fender to buy in
That Slash octave fuzz is a great pedal. Half the price of boutique fuzz and sounds killer.
19:19 I really like that Billy Fender's stuff. IM not usually into super customs, but his are super custom, with lot sof cool touches and not over the top
That tackle box cigar guitar was dope
That Alvarez lawsuit acoustic for $400 was a pretty good price. I'd have bought that without thinking about it!

I have a 54 Hofner 12 string dreadnought that my nephew ruined by trying to tune it to open G . I love that guitar and have been trying to find someone to fix it. The bridge inside the body is broken and the bracing is all pulled loose the spruce face is cracked. It has the Made in Germany and 1954 in German on the tag. It is in a box waiting. I may tune it to Nashville tuning to take stress off of it. D’Addario makes a set of strings for Nashville tuning. Mine is a set neck with a 25.5 scale and 7.25 radius on an acoustic 12 string. It sounded so good!

Stevie Ray Vaughan's tears dried on the back of the guitar! 🤣🤣🤣
Don't overlook the made by Matsumoku stuff. High end parts & manufacturing. Aria & Westone are two of the more commonly known brands, but Vantage of that era are the same makers in a lesser known brand. Matsumoku's head company was Singer and when it collapsed in the late 80s, Matsumoku going under was a side effect. I own two Vantage basses, a set neck factory fretless & a bolt on fretted, lovely instruments.

That green keith merrow is beautiful
I was there at that Swap meet. at 13:50 he shows the Guitar I was VERY interested in. According to the seller it has some touching up on the Neck headstock area, behind NUT. HE DID not SAY it was a headstk repair Break, IF I WOULD have gone to putting down serious money for it, I would have asked if I could examine the Area for evidence of headstk repair in maybe better light, him going with me. It according to him is a Gibson Custom shop 67 reissue, it has the thinner body, and the top of case is Custom shop logo'd. I could have got it for 2300.00. Those actually do go for much more on Reverb. It was also missing one other CAVEAT, the Custom Shop Cert. of Build, which I know to resell it would almost be required. I was just astonished to see it at the Swap meet.
Needs to be more guitar flea markets.

I have a Peavey Rage amp, that thing kicks and has good presence. But you can chug with it too. I want to get a Bandit, Peavey made really good amps. Add an Octave or a Big Muff and you can kill with that. I also would like a U neck cheap Tele routed for 500k pots and an orange cap ground to the bridge with string through body and a Seymour Duncan Humbucker on the bridge with a coil split and Strat front. 7.25 radius and Uneck 50s rosewood. I have a new Vintera 50s Reissue that I’d love to modify, but it is a real Fender MIM .
