    Usually orange is telecom, and blue is water.. In your case is blue just a way for you to know it's a different fiber? I assume it's not water.

    All the conduit is for fiber. You are right about orange. The different colors are to help keep things organized. For example, if you open a pull box and see that the fiber is in the orange one and the others are empty you could dig in a box down the road over the same conduit and safely cut and sweep the green and blue into that box. Does that make sense?
