Kaitlyn is overcoming challenges with visual perception. These difficulties are interfering with her developing a conceptual understanding of math. Her lack of confidence and consistency in understanding the symbolic references to time, space and quantity is blocking her ability to understand the linguistic representations of these temporal, spatial and numerical concepts. Kaitlyn is successfully acquiring these concepts through Vision Therapy, and her math skills are now improving.
