Hi Anju, You will get good quality canned coconut milk here. That's available even in stores like Coop (for Thai dishes) or Indian ones in asian stores. I usually use that for payasam and other curries that require coconut milk which makes job very easy. For 'randaam paal' we can dilute it with water and for 'onnam paal' we can use it as it is.

Anju, you can buy a readymade wooden or metal temple which might fit in your prayer area, some Indian shops sell them but i dont know if they do in England.

Dogs are descendents of wolves. It is common knowledge of a wolf's affinity to caves. His cave makes him feel secure and it is his personal space. You can liken the Crate to a dogs cave. This will be his place to go lie down in, when he wants space. It's also a que for the humans of the house to leave him alone when he is inside his crate. Khushi and Chungsi's love for Milo is really endearing, but they have to understand that it is extremely important for him to be crate trained. Its like your entire home is Khushi and Chungsi's safe space. But they may still retreat or have the choice to retreat into their rooms when they want space. Same with Milo and the crate! This comment is in no way a judgement to ur choice, milo is ur baby and you decide what's best for him. I just thought of sharing this incase you weren't aware of why this is important. You wouldn't love him less if he is crate trained. Infact you would love him more because you show an understanding to his breed (he is not a human) and are emphatic and catering to his needs. This message sounds like Santosh's fun facts 😂

The white tin of Amul ghee is buffalo milk ghee. Yellow tin of Amul ghee is cows milk ghee. Prefer yellow tin over white.

Cow ghee doesn’t mean desi cow ghee. It’s jersey cow ghee bad for our health. Indian buffalo ghee is better than jersey/HF cow ghee

Anju, i suggest you read about virudh ahaars or opposite food which if eaten together has negative impact on health. Animal milk and jaggery are opposite food per ayurveda. Coconut milk being plant based is ok to mix with jaggery. I have noticed many a times that you mix virudh ahaars left me wondering if that has any connection with your frequent health issues
