Moving is always stressful. Ours was even more so as we moved halfway across the country and bought a home we'd never seen in person. Thanks to Nick and Jesse we were comfortable that we'd be able to do so and confident in the process. Nick's knowledge, responsiveness, and virtual-tour-commentary helped us find our new home in Minnesota for the right price and with the right timing. Woodbury is that one super-suburb, the overachiever that every metro area has. In my hometown of Greater Los Angeles, that super-suburb is Irvine, which is Woodbury but with 4x the population and a major state university. Woodbury does seem to have far larger lots for far less than ultra-expensive California, though. But what if I told you that there is a big city of nearly 6 million that is every bit as safe, clean, well-planned, upscale, green, and filled with top notch schools as Woodbury? And at the same time has all the big city conveniences--skyscrapers, subways, an international airport, world-class museums and restaurants? And that that city rules itself as its own country? Imagine no more, that city is Singapore, and yes, it even has its own military!

I love your videos! Very informative. Thanks for doing the virtual tours. It really helps to get a feel for the area.

Jesse I am very glad and thankful that you could make this video about Woodbury! The time and effort you put in to make your videos is just amazing and that makes you stand out from other real estate agents that I have seen, both in Minnesota and in other places such as Spain where I live(Canary Islands) and Sweden and Norway where I lived before. It feels super safe, especially for me as a foreigner planning to move to the US, to have someone explaining in a good and informative way (easy to understand) both pro and cons of the different areas and in your other videos about buying houses and living in Minneapolis. I really hope that your channel grows and that everyone watching will contact you if they plan to buy a house! Woodbury seems like a very nice suburb and it's definitely one of my top choices. I have lived in a similar area outside of Stockholm and I really like that it seem to have so much parks and outside activity areas. Sorry for long comment and my not perfect English ;) thanks for a great video and a great job!

Woodbury is also served by Tartan High School!!! Go Titans. Ps Sundown town homes are probably the most affordable place to live in Woodbury.

Only issue of Woodbury is the ridiculous amount of fast food, mostly American foods and lacks variety.

I wouldn’t say it lacks in variety. I’ve seen Indian Food, Chinese, Italian, Hmong, Hawaiian, and plenty of other ethnically diverse restaurants within Woodbury alone
