When the corrupt cops get caught planting drugs they should be terminated, prosecuted lose any opportunity to work as a LEO, the dog should be decertified and retired And all backup personnel employment be investigated

For anyone who doesn't see what happened, at 10:20 the cop searching the passenger side was the one to plant the weed. It's made obvious when the cop searching the trunk gets done, goes straight to his testing kit, and then back to the passenger seat where the other cop was and he just so happens to not only find the weed that the first cop 'missed' but also has his kit already in hand as if he knew he would find something in that exact spot in the car.

Chicken HeaD yeah and the officer who searched that spot 3 times went to the back seat then searched that spot again didn't go get the kit cause he did wanna be the one with his name on the case for planting drugs the officer that was no where near that side went to go get a kit and went right to the spot he didn't search that was searched 4 times and finds something no problem and on top of that where is the evidence all they showed was a test which are horribly in accurate it was just the officers pissed they pulled over a black man in a nice car with mods done to it and wasted 3 other squad cars time that they needed to be compensated for it by giving him a ticket and fucking up his record

Trey Nathaniel I’m a current law student so I’m going off what I believe will happen in court. If you’d like to disagree sure, I don’t mind. My original comment was making fun of the fact it’s all caught on video, yet the officers attempt to make it seem as if it happens in real time. There is an obvious plant here. The first officer does indeed come up empty handed. He is searching a very specific spot where the drug just happened to be found, and leaves empty. Never are they informed that drugs have been found until AFTER the other officer finds the drugs by a miracle form the heavens. They aren’t even given the chance to explain the substance. Such as, “hey what’s this white substance?” Which is custom in law enforcement. The reason for this is that it was planted first, then “found” by the baby blue police officer, who for some reason does the drug test inside the car, which is the most fishy thing I have ever seen. This is an open and shut dismissal.

Keep practicing. Notice how conveniently the officers conversation wasn't recorded? Instead conjecture was in place of. What most likely was said is "there is a substance under the seat,do you want to take this?" or something to that fact. Nothing on the recording shows actual placement of anything. Which by law,law student,would be necessary. Not wanting to waste departmental time and resources on some crafty douche bag's allegations does not equate an actual police officer carried around,had in possession,drugs,in order to find someone to place it on. Do parents still tell their kids to trust the police these days? If you're a parent, this is what you should do, in my OPINION: Tell them cops are there for finding people who break laws. Cops go around all day looking for laws that are broken. They are not your friends. If there is an emergency, like a 'stranger' who is following you (following a kid) then your kids need to find the closest adult. Find a parent (an adult with kids in tow) is the safest bet. Getting a cop to help is safe. Of course, cops will help kids if there is an emergency. But, don't let your kids think the cops are their friends. And as your kids get a bit older, and "stranger danger" (risk of being kidnapped) evolves to being safe online, they need to know that a cop is looking to get people caught for broken laws.

I live in Virginia and this is how I got a DUI when I was 20 years old more than 14 years ago I swear to miss a deer and ran off the road walk back to my house which always lived a block away from the call the police they insisted that I was trying to leave the scene of a crime and when I got back there they had stashed a dirty Budweiser can with gravel in it and dirt on the outside of it under my seat in which I just cleaned and vacuum my car out so you can see the dirt Trail when I told the judge in court he said that he believed me but he had to go with the word of the officer even though he had suspicions of the officer's actions now that police had been removed from the police force but they never removed my DUI for my record which I did not have + but they never removed my DUI for my record in which I passed all field sobriety test and breathalyzer at the police station the cop even tried to lie and say I didn't blow hard enough in the machine when I blew three times and got triple zeros each time at the police station

The cop that planted the dope and the one who tested it both should be charged with possession on top of everything else. And have a mandatory sentence. Thats why I have a dashcam installed inside my rear view mirror and yes its heavily modified no one can tell made look like on star light but with camera. I got 4 dismissed case because of that! 2 got fired and one got demoted and I dont kbow about the other one. The best part is that the look on there face in court when I told them I have a video. Whatever you guys stop dash cam is the best weapon or video them like this guy did.

This is just one more way to keep certain people from moving into the neighborhood and a tactic used to get them to move out

There is no way a K-9 doesn't smell Weed, but a cop finds it.

Ive had a cop plant drugs in my backpack before and I watched him do it. When I went to court I asked the judge if we could watch the chest cam video he dismissed the case and the charge I had was dropped and removed from my record. A few days ago that same cop almost ran me over when I was crossing the road on my bike and i had the walk signal. He didn't have his lights on or anything. This happened in Olney, IL. The cops there have been investigated 4 times by the feds

if you have out of state tags, which it looks like they do, the state tint laws do not apply to you. But you are right, they can and do pull people over for anything. I got pulled over because the cop said my tint was too dark BUT that could see my friends daughter in the back in the wrong kind of car seat....and he was sitting still when I passed him

I was stopped by them once just passing through. They drive very nice sports cars. They prefer that you not show up in court to contest the pricey spending tickets they hand out. They all looked to be friends in the vid and suspicious. I drive a convertible camaro. It makes me nervous watching this knowing that I have to go back there.

zebraman777333 The Atty. flat out told us, that b/c Va. is a Commonwealth, a lawsuit would've been pointless especially as there was NO egregious (bodily injury, death, etc.) physical harm done at the scene. Pissed me off, but I had to accept that. Also, we drove to the nearest police station (in another county) and they directed us to the hospital for a lab analysis BUT we opted to just go home as we thought the video was enough and didn't want to sit for hrs. as it was already getting late. Even with negative results - I never set foot in a courtroom as the Atty. handled everything and the Asst. D.A. dropped the case after viewing the video. So I just posted it instead!

still should have filed small clam, it make a record of it, and IA gets into it, yes IA will never do shit, but the ACLU will pick up your case and run with it, if for nothing less then to help change the laws to protect people from this, and the cops did not have PC, at no point can they justify holding you for an hour without major PC "probable cause" your rights where violated, common wealth or not that holds in federal court not state court, you have a right to file a Federal Lawsuit for this, and the ACLU would have took your case for free. and I bet you would have won, and in the future NEVER give consent for ANY search. good luck in the future, I hope this never happens to you again, but sadly it may.

5:26 - So I assume the officer had the planted drugs in his hat, as you can see him enter the car with the hat ON. 7:38 - Officer comes out of the car with his hat OFF. 7:52 - Officer then proceeds to sit at the Passenger side where he was previously checking from the back seat when he took his hat off. 9:33 - At this point I'm not sure what he is doing but he's probably smearing it or getting the scent all up in there or something so when the second officer (one in blue) comes by with the test kit, it seems legit. So obviously set up. Glad to know the case was dismissed, because this is just TERRIBLE.

You can say that again, cops back in 85 ripped off $3k worth of motorcycle parts from my brother. Long story short my brother had come back from germany for the funeral of our grandmother (he was in the army back then) that night our house was broken into and his motorcycle was stripped. The cops caught the thieves due to the van prowling the neighborhood and the cops recognized the parts. The next day we found out we had been robbed. We ID'd the parts, the neighbor got back her van that her sons had been using to transport there burglarized wares in. The police decided we needed receipts for these parts. Yes, they knew who the parts belonged to. They where just being assholes.

How the hell these police officers sleep at night after they do so many things wrongful thing to hurt innocent people when the cops is really the criminal with a badge and a gun

Wouldn't you just love to take a lie detector test as well as having the officers take one with you....

AFTER SEARCHING THAT LONG IN THE HEAT. HE WOULD HAVE YELLED OUT, "GOT SOMETHING" AND THEN TESTED IT IN FRONT OF HIS CAR. HE DIDN'T SAY A WORD COWED DOWN IN THAT FRONT SEAT. HELL RAY CHARLES COULD SEE THAT WAS DIRTY.

I think it went down like this. 11:06. Smokey gives the signal to commence the mission by stepping backwards and making eye contact with Junior Burger.. This also blocks your line of sight to the car. 11:09. Junior burger sneaks something out of his holster and palms it. 11:20 cop searching rear vehicle picks up evidence bag and turns towards Junior burger so the bag is hidden behind his body with camera angle.. 11:25..Junior burger reaches in with his right arm, behind other cops body again out of line of sight.. I suggest the weed is exchanged and placed in the baggie prior to the 3rd cop returning to the front car and "finding" it. This took some serious rehearsal. Don't think it's the first time.

If you get caught planting evidence, it should be an automatic 20 year sentence so that behavior can be deterred.

I love how the trooper, who hasn't even glanced at that side yet, goes back and grabs an evidence back out of his cruiser just BEFORE "finding" the drugs. It's almost as if he KNEW they were going to be there. lol

Amanda H I sat on jury duty for a case like this before. The cops had maybe 25 cents in pot in a giant bag. There were more carpet fibers in the evidence bag than weed. Not even enough to hold. Disgusting.

Love how he's making a big show of checking the test tube. He didn't make a big show of while he was searching. You have to have a camera in your car and the officers need to film the entire search operation, since planting is such a big problem. Anytime you piss them off, this could happen. So, always show you license and registration. That is a valid request/demand.

@@diet_water47addmeonig24 What makes you think he didnt find it when he was there ?? Just because a LEO finds contraband in one location, doesnt mean they will stop the search and let the driver know what they found.... They wont do that until the end of the search, exactly like they did here...

In December 9, 2006 I got pulled over in Russell county in Lebanon Virginia. The idiot deputy who pulled me over for no reason and asked me permission to search my van without any probable cause. I had nothing to hide so I allowed the search. In matter of minutes the entire fleet of deputies were on the scene. While Fred Flinstone searched my car, I was right there by him. He kept on looking in the same area, his fake smile told me that he was up to no good, but I didn't give him the chance to be alone in my vehicle. His superior ordered him to let me go. The following week I filed a complaint against that deputy. I received a phone call from The mayor of Lebanon, and he apology for the unnecessary inccident. That Deputy look like he just came out a comic book.

Keep voting for the party that gives the government more power and this is what you get.

What was their reasonable cause or suspicion or warrant a vehicle search? Looks like harassment and profiling gone crazy to me!

You cannot be pulled over in VA for window tint. It is a secondary offense and you have to be pulled over for something else first (speeding, swerving, etc.)

When a K9 officer takes a walk around the car "he" is the only one who knows if the dog actually gives a signal or not, if the K9 doesn't signal he can say that the dog did, because no one else would know what that dogs signal actually is.

This is totally disgusting. The police are supposed to protect and serve the community. Here we see a gaggle of morons 'setting up' an innocent citizen for a bogus drug charge. And they wonder why more and more citizens hate them! It is behaviour like this!

I've dealt with law enforcement for quite sometime. Built relationships with them because I had to. I used to be harassed by them almost daily in my teens. Of course, it was due to my ignorance at the time. I was an outlaw. I've spent time in juvenile, jail, state and federal prison. That was from my early teens to early twenties. I've changed as a man. Haven't committed a crime in 10 years. Nor will I ever again. Today, I'm an honest man. I will tell you people one thing. Majority of all law enforcement officers I've dealt with in my life, were bullies. Majority had anger problems, power trips, huge egos, etc. No respect for law or the constitution. Then there were the few good ones. Who really were made for the job. They inspired me to become a man. They are still a inspiration to my life today. They were role models to me, father figures. All the while, I was the most notorious man in my city. Yet, these officers had a huge impact on me. One officer in particular. I worked as a clerk for a friend's gas station at the age of 18. He would stop in everyday and hangout. We built a good relationship. He was actually one of the few officers that didn't know me I'm guessing. Just because he never brought up my history. A year into our relationship, I committed an Armed Robbery. Went to jail, bailed out, and went back to work. I told him what happened, he was shocked. Couldn't believe it. He told me if you want, I'll come to court and be a character witness. That made my heart melt. Those dirty cops that I dealt with regularly (ATF, Gang Unit) would love to see me gone for life. Here he is trying to save me from going to prison. Hope I see you somewhere again Officer Greg. Majority of cops across America are not fit for the job. I'm telling you this of experience.

My Uncle live in Virginia. The worst state in the USA for Middle Class to Upper Blacks. The Police will always try to bring you down by planting drugs and guns.

Sounds like standard procedure. They pulled me over and said I didn't have a seatbelt on as well and then proceeded to search my car with K9. No drugs were planted but they held me up like 3hrs. put me in cuffs and searched me over the front of their vehicle. I had just got my car painted black and their dogs scratched my paint as well but I didn't know until the next morning. Meanwhile, about 4 white guys sped by in a big pickup truck hanging out the windows screaming "Get em boys". Yet none of the officers pursued that truck. No seat belts, actively hanging out of the windows. By the way they were acting probably a little tipsy. Our justice system is such a big fucking joke.
