Virginia Hayden : Sealed For Freshness

Virginia Hayden claimed that her husband, Thomas Hayden had gone to Mexico for specialized treatment, but it turned out he wasn't sick, his passport hadn't been used, and his social security checks were still getting cashed. Thomas was missing and Virginia didn't seem concerned.

I'm astounded that she only received 6 - 20 yrs. for murdering her husband!! How is that even possible? From her conversations with her family and grandson regarding disposing of bodies, it is clear that this was premeditated and planned in advance. And they should have at least exhumed the body of her second husband and determined whether he died of a natural heart attack or whether she killed him too!

I'm just baffled by the decision to put the scalp in a sealed bag to begin with. If it was a sick trophy I could maybe see it, but you don't usually seal things with the intent to throw it away. Maybe I missed it, but I would have loved some form of reasoning on her part.

When I clean up after my cats if they throw up or bring in dead wildlife as a tender expression of their love for me...(🤦‍♀️) I put whatever I cleaned up in a ziplock bag i got as much air out-of as possible before I closed it so I can put it in the inside trash can without it smelling. I have MS and rural trash pickup so it's a far walk to dispose outside. Not sure if my way of handling things gives perspective or not since I'm not a very murdery person but that was my first thought when I saw the food saver bag thing. Jesus christ.

@@nononoisaidnope Very close to what I was thinking. I'll even put it (definitely *not* scalps) in the freezer when throwing something out, even in a sealed bag, isnt going to happen before the food scraps, whatever, is going to put out odors that attracts insects/critters that make things worse. We don't all live with instant trash collection and my cats brought me home their "expressions of love" on the regular, no matter how often I begged them not to. They were so proud of them!

The thought of finding a scalp or actually being scalped is something I can't put into words. It's so hard for me to think of how evil some people can be towards other people. Hi Jiles 👋. Just started the video and saw the 'its never a mannequin' t-shirt. Fabulous! I'd like to make a suggestion.....after, i reckon, a couple of thousand true crime vids, 'nothing good EVER happens in a wooden area' deserves it's own. What do you think? Love your work, voice, regardless. ❤😊

Whenever someone explains disposing of a body with pigs, especially when she started talking about the hair i can't help but here it as Bricktop from Snatch explaining it "You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the piggies' digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don't want to go sievin' through pig shit, now, do you?"

I cant help but think of that Monica person... born a man, but became a woman. And i say that loosely bc there is nothing feminine about her. She had pigs on a large plot of land, far away from anyone else, n would hire drifters, alcoholics, ppl down on their luck, etc. n they would stay with her, n work for her for a short period of time, then just vanish. But, their disabilty checks, food stamps, n the like would still be cashed, cards used, although nobody knew where these ppl went. Turns out she killed them n fed them to her pigs. Problem was, they didnt eat the whole body so there were limbs and organs and ribcages just laying around. When she gets brought in for her lie detector test, she overtrusted a fart n shits all over the seat in the police station interrogation room. The guy administering the test puts his hand right in it... the interview/ interrogation/ lie detector test footage is effin bizarre to say the least.

In the summer of 2018 I worked as a packer at an Amazon warehouse in Carlisle, PA. Virginia also worked there. I was stationed next to her once, and we had one short conversation where I believe she mentioned she'd had enough of working for the day and was going to go home at lunch. Not relevant to the story, but absolutely insane to me that I briefly had a coworker who was a murderer
