..the city council must be very tolerant, to still allow this build to go ahead in such ad-hoc fashion..it sounds from the owner that there is no plan for the actual building..he is making it as he goes along..I hope this is a success and his dream becomes a reality..BUT..before public are allowed access..THERE MUST BE A STRUCTURAL SURVEY to ensure safety..otherwise this will be a grave for many when it crumbles under it's own weight..a noble thought from the owner and I respect his obsession.

I second that! @13:49 you can clearly see that ceiling lai support garna pillar nai chaina. This building is nowhere near safe! I’ve also noticed support are mostly given by brick columns not concrete pillars. Existing concrete pillars are way to thin, thinner than what are used in most normal Nepali houses. Bhukampa ma jhwamma ho yo hawa building.

घर बनाउन is not a big deal. ठूलो कुरा हो यसलाई decorate र maintain गर्न। i think 60% budget मात्र invest भएको छ। घरको बनावट अनुसार यसमा बिजुली, पानी, रंग, फर्निचर, सजावटका समानमा अझै 150M budget लाग्छ।

How easily do people compare it, to the Taj Mahal? This house is nowhere near the Taj Mahal (Seven Wonders of the World). But this house has its own uniqueness.

Do yourself a favour by taking that onion dome and 2 smaller domes of the building than you will end up with box ,, two things that magnifies and add to the glory is the details, carvings and gems stone and calligraphy ,,, besides it's simple !! If u don't trust than Google drone shot and Arial view than you will know!! By the see all the iconic monuments, palaces and building drone pic and compare with viral house than you will find out why?? Hope this helps

@@ramchandra-d4j half right and all wrong,, wonders of the world is given by people not by god,,, it took 389 years to be famous ( over time) and get the recognition but this one and Burj khalifa are the only man made structure that generated curiosity and admiration during construction ,,, check your facts !! Can credit on social media but buildings are been built everyday but it has something of a value and hard to do factor that people haven't experienced or unheard of,,. Even in Nepal ,,, being a small country 1.8 to 2. 5 ( not on record but based on guess) have visited physically not counting the media ,, suggest you to put the puzzle together and come up with your verdict !! If you like to hear more I would love to she more cuz I am an insider but not an owner though, ,, so, just let me know

..the city council must be very tolerant, to still allow this build to go ahead in such ad-hoc fashion..it sounds from the owner that there is no plan for the actual building..he is making it as he goes along..I hope this is a success and his dream becomes a reality..BUT..before public are allowed access..THERE MUST BE A STRUCTURAL SURVEY to ensure safety..otherwise this will be a grave for many when it crumbles under it's own weight..a noble thought from the owner and I respect his obsession.

I second that! @13:49 you can clearly see that ceiling lai support garna pillar nai chaina. This building is nowhere near safe! I’ve also noticed support are mostly given by brick columns not concrete pillars. Existing concrete pillars are way to thin, thinner than what are used in most normal Nepali houses. Bhukampa ma jhwamma ho yo hawa building.

घर बनाउन is not a big deal. ठूलो कुरा हो यसलाई decorate र maintain गर्न। i think 60% budget मात्र invest भएको छ। घरको बनावट अनुसार यसमा बिजुली, पानी, रंग, फर्निचर, सजावटका समानमा अझै 150M budget लाग्छ।

Do yourself a favour by taking that onion dome and 2 smaller domes of the building than you will end up with box ,, two things that magnifies and add to the glory is the details, carvings and gems stone and calligraphy ,,, besides it's simple !! If u don't trust than Google drone shot and Arial view than you will know!! By the see all the iconic monuments, palaces and building drone pic and compare with viral house than you will find out why?? Hope this helps

@@ramchandra-d4j half right and all wrong,, wonders of the world is given by people not by god,,, it took 389 years to be famous ( over time) and get the recognition but this one and Burj khalifa are the only man made structure that generated curiosity and admiration during construction ,,, check your facts !! Can credit on social media but buildings are been built everyday but it has something of a value and hard to do factor that people haven't experienced or unheard of,,. Even in Nepal ,,, being a small country 1.8 to 2. 5 ( not on record but based on guess) have visited physically not counting the media ,, suggest you to put the puzzle together and come up with your verdict !! If you like to hear more I would love to she more cuz I am an insider but not an owner though, ,, so, just let me know
