@shaerpa I would like to go with your review. First time in Nepal. Nepal real estate solution has presented the modern style house with every basic needs in house with very well presentation. Loved it.

Beautiful taste when it comes to interiors , I could tell that whoever created this has an eye for beauty and for minute details . Even the wires of tv are placed in certain patterns , a perfectionist nature can be observed . I am not intending to be critical, but there are certain downsides which can be lived with . Great presentation by the realtor

5 Cr dinu vaneko dherai ho...some negative point of this house is road 12 feet and no spacious bathroom and with congested space everywhere...

A house with a timeless design as Kripa Timilsina rightfully puts it. However one wonders as to whether this house is more of a functional proportionality or just for exhibition only ? I don’t know about others but i personally feel very uncomfortable living there myself. A house fit for Saudi Royals, I suppose.

this property was already shown by a guy whose focal talk points were ' Aba maile yo property ko baare ma k bhanu' and then he goes through the entire property saying the same stuffs over and over. Pretty embarrassing. You are doing a much better job in showing us the property, Yet I must ask you to explain us a bit more in depth about the property such as: Living space area (Size), kind of flooring, Furniture brands, Oven brands are just few examples. And one more thing, if only you could stop saying 'luxurious things' over and over it will probably sound more professional and elegant. Else than that you are doing a grt job.
