After having radiation to my head for a brain stem tumor, I lost hearing in my left ear. As I practiced my violin, I began twisting my neck to hear the sound with my right ear. I didn't realize the serious problems I was causing until it was really bad! I would love the next video!

Shoot what were the symptoms to having a brain tumor if you don’t mind me asking

Great, thank you. Did you do a follow-up video on how to work on these tensions/restrictions?

I know it’s been a while since you’ve post this but I didn’t feel any actual pain with the stretches you described. I did feel tension however. I mainly felt tension across my C1 from left to right. I also feel a lot of tension down my left neck. I do have tension on my left should blade as well if that has anything to do with playing violin. A lot of time I do feel a lot of pain on a day to day basis from these points of my body. If you get a chance to see this I would love to hear what you think

Also, I have had 2 neck spasms through out my life. If I have to guess I think I’m still carrying a lot of tense muscles from that

I recently got a terrible pain on the left side of my neck (c1 I think). Right at the base of my skull. I tried stretching and pain ointment but it keeps coming back. How long before it is gone? And yes I was practicing and drinking beer when I got hurt. Please help 🥺

What did you do about it and how does it feel now??

It would be easier to write down where don't have restrictions
