What is a price of something like this compare to a vinyl liner

Have had to re covert 10 of these back to a.liner the fiberglass blisters and gets rust stains from the metal pool walls especially if the pool has a chlorine generator this is just a money maker for the fiber co this stuff looks great at first but costs three times as much to fix later down the road doesn't even work on concrete pools just a joke of a product HATE IT

Water and fiberglass don't a here together it will eventually blister, how do you fix it . At least a liner makes the the pool look new again.
