Vintage Washing Process_Clothing Manufacturer
Vintage washing always come with shrink but different fabric will have different shrink percentage, usullay we will do the shrink testing before we making your vintage style sample.
First our sample producer will make square clothe, normally the size of this one is 50*50cm, the next step is take this cloth to our vintage washing factory, we have two different way do the washing one is chemiacal wash, this way will let garment become very sorft, second way is stone chemical wash, this way will let the garment have peach effact. after all the washing we will put them to our high temperature dyer.
After finish washing and dye, we will measure this fabric to coculate shrink percentage.
So when we do the bulk order, we will also have to follow the steps to make the perfect vintage garment for u.
