Who knew I was bohemian? I knew that people called me “different,” but I had no idea that my EVERYDAY jewelry & style were considered bohemian bc I tick ALL the boxes here. In work contexts, I also mix in vintage classics (I especially love old brooches), but they don’t remove my usual style. Even though I’m younger, I guess my style is like an old hippie grandma where more is more! I must have been a hippie in a previous life, but I just wear whatever I like. Thanks, Dawn. I’ve learned so much from you.

I inherited a huge collection of rich hippie style jewelry.

I’m a 69 year old retired hippie.. I own all of the bohemian styles you spoke of, including headbands and chokers like in the picture that you showed at the end.. I have gradually gifted most of my turquoise pieces.. I have collected amber rings but have been looking for special amber necklaces for many years.. I still have a strand of hippie love beads that I cherish.. This video sure brought out a lot of my memories.. Thanks Dawn

100% my style. Don’t also forget integration of certain bakelite pieces in this style. Carved bracelets, chunky necklaces. Also gemstones integrate well.

this is the DAWNing of the ageless fun of dawn and groovy stuff [to the tune of dawning of the age of aquarius......] .........that amber piece is remarkable . the fringe jacket is just a work of very hip art . that tiger eye ring on the auction with the jewelry jar princess was amazing . the quality was so very obvious [i have a 14k /diamonds tiger eye ring from elvis presley [that fits ] . love the video and the information . when i watch you , i turn on , tune in , and drop out .....JAMES.

I love that you suggested ways to wear these wonderful pieces. I have a nice collection of vintage brooches that I wore regularly as a younger woman. Now that I am a “woman of a certain age”🙄I worry that I’ll look too granny I wearing them. Anyone have suggestions or thoughts?
