Poor old Hordak has seen some action. This video show the restoration of a couple of Hordaks I have been given over the years. Paint touch ups, weapon repair and new capes all round.
The correct colour red is Humbrol 238 mixed with a little black. I didn't have the exact colour in the video as you will see.
