Fast boats, fast cars, fast women and mullets, the 80s were the best of times

Meh a little rose tented glasses. I dont recall any off the car lot 200 mph cars that everyday drivers could afford back then or any time. Other 3 things are acurate

don't forget the cocaine, threats of nuclear annihilation, and a President that thought that ketchup was a vegetable.

Yeah for sure!! Totally loving it and having the time of their lives doing it!
Don Johnson, Chuck Norris, Curt Russel, Miami Offshore racing... like a damn dream. Man how fricking badass could it get??? Great video man.
How fucking badass was this to watch in the day! Man how time has changed.....Look at the Miami skyline back then.
wow, good days. miss those days, love the atmospheres, the clothes, the glamour, the music movies and vehicles/boats. imagine havine so much money and giving opportunities to so many people to where your insurance wont let you do anything just to keep you safe and secure lol
Wow, 🤯👀 Chuck Norris, Don Johnson and Curt Russell...dayumm. that's crazy. I forgot Popeyes actually used the Popeye image back in the day. Thanks for the nostalgia.
They need to bring this back, I was born in 86, just missed it
I wish they’d bring my back boat racing
you can feel the coke and freedom flowing in this video, wish i was born back then
That was the luxury of the 80s
Ahhh.. these are the days I remember.
When Racing was Racing.
That's a cool video man.... I live near New Orleans and I remember as a kid my Dad bringing me to Al Copeland's showroom where he had some of his boats.... Really cool to see this. Thanks for the video. Keep it up!!

Memories!’🥲 Of only I could re-live these days.🙏🏼😔
I like what the guy said in the beginning “I want to be rich but humble”
We need more footage like this!!!! 🔥🔥🫡
fck yeah, more 80s stuff for sure :):):)
I still enjoy watching offshore powerboat racing
Good ole days in Miami
This was actually the 1990 OPT Miami offshore Grand Prix
Great throwback video Sorry the 80s were the best, reminds me of my 1989 Chaparral Villian wearing my Oakley Blades, every Sunday on the Tennesse river! Thanks for the memories
AWESOME video, thanks for putting it up!! This, along with the old Mod-Vp days of the early 80's through probably the early 90's are absolutely some of THE BEST boat racing ever!! **I'd you have any of the Mod-Vp racing, with the Laser 380 and LTV models, the Hydrostream boats, the amazing STV and mirage tunnel boat's and of course the Talon and Eliminator tunnels that would be super AMAZING to be able to watch too!!! Thank you again Brother!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ohh yeah that brought back some great memories of the Pacific 1000 in Australia my brother and I used to follow as kids. Good stuff man. 💪😊🤙. 🚤🌊.
It's amazing the advancement of technology . These high performance race boats were doing a hundred and two miles per hour which is nothing with todays boats.
Alvin Copeland Chuck Norris Don Johnson and the best powerboats from the 80's. It was simply too much to handle that I had to subscribe to your channel. Salud from Montreal Canada✊🏿

You, just like me, were born in the wrong era! Love your content brother, keep ‘em coming!! 👍🚤💨
Now across the world you too can sit in Popeyes long ass lines for that spicy chicken sandwich and mediocre fries lol
Im gonna send you a video of racing back in 1997 here in the Bahamas

You wouldn't happen to have any Mod-Vp racing would you!?! That is the absolute best class for the every day boaters that just put their mind's and hard work into it! **It did get a little bit more about who had the biggest pockets towards the end I guess but it sure seemed like anyone could be competitive with some hard work and dedication without having to be a millionaire for the most part!

Its from the channel named Offshore Vintage, at least that's where I have seen it before
You can't make this movie up, a fully star studded caste playing themselves no stuntmen or doubles big brother back in the day ✌😆👍
Missing your videos my friend …what you been up to ?
In the 80s miami was dodge city dope dealers crooked cops and guns everywhere, i know, I lived it ,some of the real life stories of miami was to strange even for miami vice
Where is Reggie Fountain?

Reggie didn't start becoming famous until a couple of years after this
Don Johnson talked about this boat on letterman , Trump had asked to sponsor the boat so Johnson said yes & got ‘Trump’ plastered on the sides , but of course Trump stiffed him on the payment , Johnson was bleeding & scraped it off.

That's not correct
Too bad they didn't interview Popeyes workers and dig into how many 'toys' they owned. You would have seen the difference between management and employee. Guarantee the owner's toy's were also tax write offs... which to qualify would make his toy's available to all employees - since they were bought for company use.
