I need bossa in my life right now

I remember I found this channel while looking for a playlist to play. I was hosting a dinner for my friend and my boyfriend who was visiting me( long distant relationship). I left home 6 years ago to study abroad. This reminds me of that special moment having my best friend and boyfriend with me. 6 months until I can see him again and this time forever! Hope I can see my friend at the wedding day, as she lives in a different country.

Everyone suffers from sleeplessness at some point in their life. There's just so much going on nowadays, so many problems in the world and it's so overwhelming. You end up lying awake at night dreading falling asleep because then you'll wake up and have to face the world again At the same time, I often find myself staying up late because I feel like that's the only time that I have to myself, to carve out a little peace in the day. This mix is for those moments in the night. To escape your worries for a little while and just drift away with the music.

I feel that same sentiment! Funny how humans share the same thoughts and feelings....so why are there so many conflicts? I am coming to believe there is a dire force just waiting to haunt humankind in the way of hatred, wars, crime etc. When listening to this I can forget that stuff just for a while........biggamingl you said just what I feel! go figure!

Discovered this way back in 2021? watched it while grandson was having his lessons. Never knew I liked the bossa nova beat! So started listening to others! Relaxing and love that Portugese accent when they are singing in English! these tracks just wash away the days worries and restless thoughts of the day..if only for an hour or so. I especially love Portuguese Love and Right Down the line.! I have such a romanticized vision of Brazil...if only it were true. I can dream at least.🥰🥰
