I have no idea why I can’t stop watching your videos. I’m an N scale model railroader, not a restorer but it’s just so amazing to see the transformation.

Thanks a lot Mark. I love N scale ! I had a railway when I was younger :)
The end made me hungry. Nice work.
Nice restoration and delicious too!!
My grandma had one like that. Since you can also make wonderful breadcrumbs with.

We had one too. But I never knew it was for shredding cheese, not making bread crumbs lol
Hi, Wow another amazing restoration, the end result is a Cheese Grater that looks better than when it was new. Cheers, Paul

In Germany, where this maschine was build, it was normaly used for potatoes to make a kind of potatoes balls or flat potatoe Pancakes. I use one at home, my grandmother had just done IT.
Brilliant job 👍 polished up beautifully. Very cool project, well done.
The red was a nice color choice!

@@TheFabrik this is a staple dessert in parts of Transylvania, at the table you would get 3 bowls, one with pasta, one with sugar, one with grated walnuts typically made with this contraption, and everyone would make his own ‘walnuts pasta’ by mixing as much as they want from each bowl
I really want to get one of these, so I can stop getting my nails and fingertips chewed… Amazing job!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@patounet331
@philippeperrin8675

@patounet331

ur gonna have a giant pasta

Very interesting. Sorry, my translater dosnt know Trommelreibe und Kartoffelpuffer, but it ist better to use this, then plastic maschines.
your plating seems a bit aggressive. When plating, you're looking for metal deposition with minimum bubbles. Bubbling means hydrogen on the anode which will make the plating less resistant. Try to lower the voltage next time
@TheFabrik
Yep you’re right. Too high voltage with bubbles means black nickel 😒 Thanks for the tip 😉

Is there anybody that might be able to help me I know nothing about sandblasters but I really like the concept I know that you sandy was using glass beads to do this do you reuse the glass beads in the sand over and over again or do you throw it away once it has all the paint particles in it that it's sandblasting off just curious what happens with the sand after one user do you keep reusing it or what do you do with the old saying that has all the particles in it just teaching me something that I don't know the only stupid question is the one you don't ask I was wondering if somebody could teach me a little something thank you very much
