It’s interesting when snake is reading the gospel, he finds it boring and prefers the Old Testament which is more violent and action packed for him. This is how many fans see season 1 and 2. They prefer the violence and gore of season 1 but find Thorfinn actually preaching peace, love, and redemption boring

Thorfinn personifies some extremely Christian values in a non-believer. He is the Viking Jordan Peterson. change my mind.

Great page: "The idea that nature would grant us the ability to contemplate these deeper ideas, to dwell on the very possibility of external concepts, only to meditate on the nothingness and ultimate futility of it all is a sick and morbid idea" You're welcome! I made another vinland saga video and relate it to Christianity. You will like that one too. There's also a fullmetal alchemist, One Piece and breaking bad video that has some Christian themes. There is also some in my book. Lots to enjoy!

67... And thank you for the video brother, it was really helpful. As a follower of Christ I was struggling to reconcile the ideas they presented with how they presented Christianity and couldn't help but think that the whole Vinland Saga, the had missed a valuable chance to present the Gospel and show the side of Christianity that makes it so beautiful in bothe the narrative sense and the philosophical sense and I was looking for someone to point that out and ended up coming across your video and it really helped, so thank you brother. From my book: "Indeed, there is truth in enjoying the journey, but at some point, you will have to contemplate what you are ultimately journeying toward" Thank you! I think you would enjoy my other Vinland Saga video as well! I'd recommend you watch that as a compliment to this video

This video was actually almost a copy and paste of this video haha. Funny how you chose that. I'll give you something that wasn't in this video tho: "Man shall not live on bread alone, it doesn't have enough protein" It's a play on the Bible verse Matthew 4:4 which says "man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God"
