i think that's a yamaha sg3! he's also the lead guitarist for his own band, naked giants, and he uses it a lot in their live vids

He tweeted this back in May: "I won't be on the current Europe run, I got a little burned out on tour last year so I'm sitting it out briefly. Will be back before you know it! (I made this tweet then deleted it by accident so I'm making it again)" So I guess that's why.
