the problem with this is the fact that Vince already broke the deal, when he said he would pay her 3 million dollars, and then stop making the payments. This is a classic Vince move since the territories days. He would go into an agreement and then find some "claim" that they broke the deal and stop paying people.

not only that but it's very questionable to invoke arbitration on alleged behavior this egregiously illegal, if true. the Supreme Court has chimed in on it ffs. arbitration is more for things like property disputes. not like he's not well used to abusing laws where they shouldn't apply like classifying his workers as independent contractors when he would have no business without those workers. also, NDAs cannot be used to compel silence against illegal activity. they're for trade secrets, personal gossip, ect. any use of them in such situations is simply an intimidation tactic against those who aren't aware and it will not hold water in court. the government just needs to step in and make this a criminal case.

My understanding is that Ms. Grant brought the issues to the public because she had tried the "informal" resolution (the payout was for 3 million but she only received 1 million and Vince refused to honor his agreement) so Ms. Grant made it public. I know I know, It should be impossible but so long as that man breathes I fear he will try to find a way back someway somehow. Friends with TKO Friends with Dwayne. So many people hold him in high regard still, they wouldn’t blink an eye to welcome him back and work for him again. But they’re doing the PR thing and distancing themselves from him. Paul is married to his daughter. Does he never see his daughter or grandkids? Never sit across the table from Paul and ask.. So, how’s my company doing? If you ever need advice or help ask me pal.. I just don’t and won’t fully believe it’s over until he is dead. And he literally can’t come back. There’s no way he wants this to be his lasting image in the company. His ego won’t allow that. One of two things will happen first. 1. He passes away. I’ll comment, It’s finally over. 2. He comes back. I’ll comment, called it.

His reputation is irreperable. Even if this goes to trial and he's found not guilty ... which I personally find unlikely to say the least ... he would never be looked upon the same again. The allegations are so detailed and so extreme that most people would never be able to look at him again without having mental images of what he's been accused of doing flash before their mind's eye. The best thing Vince could do for himself at this point, would be to just vanish. Spend a few million dollars of the enormous amount of money he's got stashed away now that he's sold his TKO-stuck on a very, very good plastic surgeon from somewhere in one of the Gulf States that he's been associating with, change his appearance and go live in Dubai or Jeddah or somewhere else under an assumed name. Such allegations won't hurt him in the slightest in those places anyway, due to how they treat women to begin with in that part of the world. He's done for, no matter what he tries now. The fact that he can't see that only goes to show that he's as out of touch with reality as people have been saying for the last fifteen years.

I find it funny that random people online are so sure these allegations have weight as if they know any of these people personally. All of you only know what you've been told and the character you've seen on TV. So none of us should be making our minds about what might have possibly happened or didn't happen. If he loses his court battle then bury him all you want(even though none of you will do the same to her if it turns out she was lying) but until then don't come up with conclusions like you know anything about any of this other than what is "reported" especially when the people here that are reporting it are literally not aloud to say she might be lying anf in fact are told and scripted to report it one sided as if its been decided

So Vince pretty much has this ironclad it's not going to Court because it was agreed under law they cannot? Is my understanding correct? If so, he got away with it throughout his life, and did so again. Reputation is damaged beyond repair but he's been set for life for so long, this doesn't do anything to him, along with the obvious zero punishment. If I'm wrong, please explain so I can understand.

WWE isn’t siding with Vince they are choosing the path of least resistance for their side. Financially it makes sense for them to want to avoid court and go to arbitration. That’s not siding with Vince that’s protecting the company
