Idk why but I cried when I read that but also it made me happy to
The reason Paul's death effected more people than any other celebrity is because we watched him grow from a small time actor to a major Hollywood star, it was like watching a child grow in a sense. and the love he had for his cars just fetched an even bigger affection to how he never did anything for the money. just simply because he loved his cars, and he took pride in the franchise. RIP Paul.

+Claritybro It's not that it affected "more people" but I think he was someone that looked real, he was basically the same person all the time. Most people didn't look at him like an idol or hero, as crazy fans many celebrities have. He was like a bro, someone you knew from school or whatever. I think that's the way it affected most people in a different way. When people like Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Kurt Cobain etc. died it's like the death of an entity, an idol, an end of an era type of thing. Paul Walker was like the death of someone you knew from regular life.

it may not be fair to judge any actor's death as being less or more tragic !! in some cases celebs who are older or have destructive lifestyles may be less surprising in their deaths ; But PAUL as you say grew up in the public eye and was still full of so much potential in him to show other aspects of his acting apart from just action roles that it Definitely seemed so much more gut-wrenching to feel that !! enjoy the day!!

That was pure emotion and love. You can see his chest struggle, and his voice waver, looking to the side to escape his pain. People who say things like "just move on already" have obviously never lost someone. There isn't a time stamp on grieving. It's something you never really get over, you just learn to live with it. Also, with them being a part of one of the biggest franchises of all time, of course people are gonna be talking about it in the future, especially since they're making more movies.

+arez the wolf maybe this is difficult for you to understand but you are not an actor, you are not in the public consciousness - when you lose someone, you can grieve in private, there's not a million people on social media questioning your every move and telling you what you should do, your life is not scrutinized - if you name a child after a deceased friend, there isn't a million people judging you for it or making up lies - you are a private citizen, your grief gets to be yours, for actors who've had careers where they are in the public, where they have a following, that loss is different - it doesn't mean someone matters more, it's just different - and for you to be an ass about it is just ridiculous

Andrew Wilson Here is similar to what i write and i can keep it. in maby better words since im not good at english. What I wrote, Brining up to talk about someone died over and over is not good depending which person you are. trust me. It can solve or cause worse problems. we are not the same everyone some people might take it harder next time and killthemself? Maybe you havent lost anyone yet... but the time will come and u will be sad. but how fun can it be to bring it up over and over you already know what happened my friend and you forever gonna have that in your mind so why bring it up from the back of the head?. isnt it already enough in your head taht you gotta push it forward infront of everything. for someone you loved very much "Move ON" and have a good memorable time of remembering the person you loved share all the fun time with. GG
To those people saying 'he obviously doesn't feel comfortable talking about it' - you do realise that before EVERY interview, they go through a list of topics that they will cover in the interview. Vin diesel would have known that it was going to be brought up. If he didn't want to talk about it, they wouldn't have talked about it, simple as that.

Paul was the reason why everyone stayed intact...he's the glue that keeps the family and the franchise going, wished I had a chance to meet him, it would have been an honor, someone with a heart like that, so pure, so light, down to earth, full of life, it wasn't fair, many people loved him, nearly b'zillion (I'll just say a million, zillion sounds too much) around the world. You never get over losing someone you love. That feeling does not go away. The only thing that changes is the strength you gain little by little to endure it. I'm almost 53 and my wife will be 49 in about a month but our son (now 23 with a 2 year old son of his own) got my wife & I into watching the F & F movies. I've been into cars since I was 4 when my dad had me passing him tools and such working on his '66 Mustang. My son is an A.S.E. mechanic and truly loves his work and it was natural for him to be a "car nut" too I guess. My wife and I even being the ages we are truly enjoyed the the F & F movies (especially Fast Five where the entire "family" came together) but I waited a long time to see the last one that Paul died while filming. We always noticed what a stand-up guy Paul Walker was. You never heard any trash talk about him,no crazy stuff involving drugs and/or alcohol,he loved and took care of his daughter and with Reach Out Worldwide was always helping others. Too few like him in the world today unfortunately.
It’s been nearly 3 years and I can’t hold in tears. My idol is gone and my heart still aches. Those who watched f&f throughout their childhood would feel the pain

"He's not dead he just finished the race before us" 😔😭
Still gives me goosebumps whenever I think about it. I grew up with fast and furious. It's stuck with me since the day I heard about it. I never had the chance to meet him, never had the chance to see the site, never had a chance to say how much he meant to me. Man...R.I.P. Paul Walker. Forever remembered by so many people.
Paul was one of the people that made my childhood awesome. He's be an inspiration to me even for now, and I almost cried when I heard that news.
Telling someone to get over someone's death just because it's been 2 years is pathetic. Some people grieve for 10 years, sometimes longer. Everyone deals with grief at their own pace. Everyone's different. Yeah one person might grieve for a year, but it doesn't mean everyone else does. But what's worse is saying that he's using it basically as a publicity stunt for the money. Like what the hell? He's a fucking human being. And you can see no damn inch of greed on his face. He's such a humble and good hearted person. You can see the sincerity in his face and the pain when he is talking about Paul's death. And yes, millions of people around the world die every day and people don't talk about their deaths but I don't know no about you but I constantly think about those people in some way. Rest in peace Paul Walker and all of the other dear souls that have lost their lives throughout history, you'll never be forgotten in some way
Sudden loss is so hard...The line where he said "going from nobody to somebody" hit me so fucking hard. I was there with one of my friends. We lost him to suicide in 2017 and I will never forget everything we did together. Everything that we became together and then one day it was all over. Everything was gone and there was no more happy, there was no more color in the world. I remember going 150 on the freeway at 3AM and I don't think my pulse went above 50. I couldn't feel anything anymore. Losing a loved one or best friend is the worst experience you will ever face and it gets harder and harder every time.
I'm almost crying you can hear the pain of pure sadness in his voice I love them both so much may God be with them 🙏
Its been 3 years........... damn i still remember paul in the supra revving it up in the skyline rest in paradise Paul Walker

Shut up, u didnt even know the guy...ur just trying to sound cool and get some attention....stupid bitch
It took me around 6 years after fast and furious 7 to rewatch the previous fast and furious movies. I didn't even want to watch 7 when it came out. I was like 8 when fast and furious 1 came out and when I watched them a few years later I just loved cars and the fact That Paul walker really loved cars IRL and knew so much about them. The fact that the movies were about family and loyalty just made me feel connected in a way. Like they would really die for each other. I loved that way of living and having people's backs no matter what. They were a strong family on screen and clearly off screen too so when the tragedy happened it just hit so hard. Watching 7 made me just sad at the fact that he was gone and in some cases just digitally recreated and doubled in (mainly wondering what could have been in terms of the visuals/script if he was still alive) but also happy at the fact that they gave him such a great tribute at the end. I just watched all of the movies in the last week up to 7 and it was just as hard to watch 7 as it was when it first came out. I literally don't know why I'm writing this online 🤣, I feel silly, but these movies impacted me so much as a child, and how I wanted to treat and be treated by others in a way. Obviously not the stealing, killing or building to building car stunts 😂🏢 but just the loyalty and family aspect. I hope they keep making them.
We are in 2020 and I still cry😔
Paul is not dead. He is waiting for us at the finish line.
RIP Paul💔❤️
