Desi Chicken 1 kg
clarified butter 175g (3/4 cup)
onion 1 medium 150g
garlic 7-8 cloves
ginger 1.5 inch piece
Green chilli 7-8
Black pepper whole 1/2 tbsp
coriander whole 1,1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp or to taste
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
tomato 1 large 200g
yogurt 1/2 cup 125g
all spices 1 tsp
coriander
green chilli whole 3-4

دجاج ديسي 1 كجم
زبدة مصفاة 175 جم (3/4 كوب)
بصل 1 متوسط 150 جم
7-8 فصوص ثوم
قطعة زنجبيل 1.5 بوصة
الفلفل الأخضر 7-8
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة فلفل أسود
كزبرة كاملة 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
ملح 1 ملعقة كبيرة أو حسب الرغبة
مسحوق الفلفل الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
طماطم 1 كبير 200 جم
زبادي 1/2 كوب 125 جم
جميع البهارات 1 ملعقة صغيرة
كسبرة
فلفل أخضر كامل 3-4
