I have been left looking after my unwell grandfather who requested this. Thank you for this lovely recipe. It turned out amazing and he loved it. I didn't even taste until the end and it was perfect with your proportions of spices. I only substituded the red chilli power for paprika powder. Thank you.

my brother I am very glad that you love indian food but if you ever plan to vsist india I bet you will go crazy tasting real authentic dishes and I strongly recommond you to try the street food not the posh hotels coz the food isnt as tasty as street food. About the ingredients are turmeric, chilli powder, all spice powder, salt,coriander seed powder and at last the grated some netmeg. Indian cooking is complex but isnt complicated if you loveto cook. I hope you enjoy some india food

You can add cashew paste at the end for thickness. Another tip you can add fried onions+ curd paste, another killer twist.

Assalaam Alaikum, and Nida bahen those 2 ingredients are used in Qorma and not Salan, you should have at least 3-4 Killer methods in your arsenal, Not criticizing but yes your recommendations will certainly be killer ones. I learned cooking in Dubai during my bachelor days, to date keep experimenting, but only within my culture and traditional cuisine.

Har cheez mein Hindu Muslim Karna zaroori hai Kya? Isme Muslim Kya hai, is ilaake ke Hindu bhi isi style mein chicken banate hain. Recipe aur zubaan ilaake ki hoti hai, Kisi mazhab ki nahi. Sindhi, Hyderabadi, Maharashtrian, pahadi, Lucknowi, Afghani, Punjabi style suna tha. Yeh Muslim style kya hai? By the way - nice recipe. Easy and tasty. We also cook the same way.

भाई साहब यहाँ मटन बनाने की विधि का ज़िक्र है न कि मटन को जाती धर्म धर्म से जोड़ा गया है। मटन बनाने का राजपूतों का अपना तरीक़ा हो सकता है तो मुसलमानों का अपना तरीका है तो किसी और का अलग तरीक़ा होता है।

Religion and culture are completely different aspects of how you look at people. When she said "muslim style" she didn't mean religion. She was referring to how muslim people as a culture cook the curry. She had every right to say "muslim style"

There is no such thing as Muslim style Chicken Curry. If the chicken is halal it can be cooked in a variety of ways. Different regions in Pakistan and in India chicken curries are cooked. I grew up in a Muslim household and my mother's style of cooking was different from the style of some of her Muslim relations and some of the mothers of my Muslim friends. Frankly this divisive approach to cooking curries is quite despicable imo.

हर जगह का खाना बनाने का अपना अपना तरीक़ा होता है मालवा में मुस्लिम style के रूप में ऐसा ही बनाया जाता है तो गुजरात मे मुस्लिम style में मिर्च कम ली जाती है तो महाराष्ट्र में अलग style से बनाया जाता है। सबके तरीके अपने अपने एरिया के मान से होते हैं । आपका अपना कहना अपनी जगह सही है कि आप के यहा अलग तरीका होगा तो आप उसे ही मुस्लिम style मानोगे। जो भी हो तरीक़ा अच्छा है।

@@vampiredon7253 जो चोरी छुपे खाते है वही जल्दबाज़ी में कच्चा पक्का खा जाते बेचारे और जो शान से खाते है वो कायदे से बना कर खाते भी है और जो नही खाने का नाटक करते है लेकिन खाने के शौकीन रहते है उनको खिलाते भी है। हद हो गई बात style की थी और कच्चे पक्के पर आ गए । मुद्दे पर बात कराकर भटका मत कर।
