Exactly a good commentator, actually hyped it up. A good commentator can make a game that ends 14-7 more exciting and epic, than a game that ends 42-38 with a bad commentator. They bring life to the game, and every play. They hype you up, they make you feel like you’re there!

I was just gonna say this announcer is incredible, but I see everyone else did too. Ah well, this announcer is incredible!

Prater is the real MVP of this game. That 62 yard FG was impressive.

Amazing game. Heartbreaker for the Vikings. Gus Johnson always has my undivided attention. He shows no bias, doesn't make smart ass remarks like Joe Buck, Al Michaels, Jim Nantz and the rest of of the play by play announcers out there. He is the real deal.

Thanks dude. A lot of Vikes fans a quite negative and only read the score - not the game. The Cards needed about 3 or 4 "hail murray's" just to stay in that game. The Vikes still have some key players to add including their 1st round LT Darrisaw, LB Anthony Barr and some more offensive weapons to integrate - so I think you're right. The Cards look as strong as anyone in the West - so we could meet again in the playoffs.

It’s not the talent on the field that has us down it’s the decisions on the sideline. Like deciding on a first down at the 20 with 40 seconds left to drain the clock and kick from there instead of taking a shot at the endzone on first and a run on second to get closer then using the timeout.

@@TheBatugan77 I've spent so much time defending Kingsbury the last couple of years telling people to give him time etc but there's no defending what was happening on the Cardinals last drive. The had the lead with just a few minutes left & the playcalling was atrocious. The Cardinals were SUPER aggressive when all theyy had to do was get a first down or two & run out the clock. I'm really worried now

Gus Johnson is far and away the greatest. He brings excitement to the game like no other. Whether it's College or Pro. The only announcer other than he that brings excitement was Don Criqui

Gus Johnson is hands down my favorite sports announcer. I pray that he gets to call more NFL games

Also, the vikings are two plays away from being 2-0 versus 0-2. Just reminds you the line between winning and losing is razor thin most times.

I don’t remember such a wild season like this. I hope it’s like this all year.

Oh my goodness he missed it, unbelievable, & the Cardinals survive 34 to 33. The game was so good they showed the missed field goal at the end of the game twice.

Kyler is amazing, just need to slow it down at times. Sometimes he tries to do too much and it ends up in a sack or an interception like the two he had today. This can be his MVP season if he cleans up his game a bit.

Like the Vikings Seahawks nfc champoinship game a few years ago. Lol. Everybody thought they would win but the kicker missed a easy ass short game winning field goal with no time left.

Gus Johnson is the greatest football announcer of all time. Howard cosell and everyone else you name it John Madden Pat summerall those guys are all amazing. Gus Johnson is the greatest of all time

Well the cardinals lost multiple games last year because of kicks at end of games and they were 1 game out of the playoffs that's the NFL kicking is important

The Vikings getting saved by the refs should be the comment of the game. Clear face mask on the 2nd int throw and multiple missed holding calls on the Vikings but they called everything on the cardinals just disgusting referees

Dude, Gus Johnson is one of the greatest announcer/commentators! The dude has so much emotion, it really draws you in! I was so happy that he was doing this game :) Anyways great game! Let's go AZ!

I've been watching all the highlights of all the games and I tell you it's like watching the super bowl. The whole crowd is into it and all the teams are playing hard and it's awesome.

Gus had me on the edge of my office chair! Excellent announcing work on this, made me feel like I was really there. Took the excitement of this close game to an entirely different level.
