Pretty much same as you. Born in ‘82. Privileged to have gotten to watch Barry run. Suffered through the years. This win is fantastic. Scary thing for all the other teams: this team will only get scarier. Pair up Holmes’ amazing draft prowess with the fact Gibbs, LaPorta, and Branch are only rookies? Imagine how good these three will be next year or 3 years from now.

I wish my Dad (who died in '95) and my brother (who died before the pandemic on February 28, 2020) lived to see this Lion's team. Dan Campbell has built a wonderful team culture here in Detroit. Born in Detroit in 1962 just after the championships in the '50s, grew up in Huron Township south of Metro Airport, left in 99, and returned in 2021. After all these years, it does my heart good to witness this historical win. So happy for this team, it is likely to be an awesome playoff season in 23-24. Some impressive talent.

I've been through it all with the lions! From Barry's years to Calvin's...having an 0-16 season....the laughing stock of football for as long as I can remember! What a fantastic Christmas present! Thank you, Detroit Lions, for delivering the first NFC North title in our history, and first title since I was 13 years old. Everything Dan Campbell said in his opening press conference has come to fruition thus far. We were knocked down the first year every time we thought we were close, but we got back up and never gave in. Knocked down the first 7 games of last year, got back up and finished strong, culminating by punching the Packers square in the teeth to end their playoff hopes and Rogers career in Green Bay. Started off this year shocking the football world by beating the Super Bowl champs on their home field, took a few knocks here and there, but we were the ones taking the bigger swings this time around, and every time we took a hit, we gave a bigger punch back. Have not had a losing streak a single time this year with only 2 games left. The biggest win of all to date, a win IN Minnesota the day before Christmas, which we had not done since Dan was hired and this whole journey began, to TAKE the division! Nothing has been given to this team, and everyone laughed and counted them out from day one of MCDC's hiring. The DETROIT LIONS proved every single doubter and media person wrong and brought respect to the city and this organization. Well earned and well deserved. It's been a lifetime coming. I'm so proud and happy to be a Lions fan!
