Jon Pall was simply phenomenal no ego, a great human being never angry that he lost he hugged and congratulated whoever won a true champion, when he said Viking power it was him calling to the fallen vikings to give him the strength to move these objects that would destroy a normal man

He was as charismatic as he was strong. Gracious in defeat or victory and proud of his nation and heritage and died doing what he loved. Jon Pall Sigmarsson lived more in a relatively short life than most people would in hundreds of years.

Jón Páll was the ultimate sportsman, even if he lost, he was happy that he did his best and pushed himself to the limit. He always showed support to his fellow competitors and cheered when they did something he could not. Like Jón himself said " I'm a viking! I'll always be back!" We need more people like him in sports today R.I.P legend

Without a doubt I think he was a great man too which such a heart Jon Pall was the complete package as a strongman strong as a monster but he was so quick look the way he charged and knocked those cars over he was like a Viking going into battle
