Thanks man, looking to rent this place or Grand Avenue. Its a hard choice that has to be made. Are the furniture like in kitchen worn, looks like a bit worn? I think Grand Avenue is new place but farhther from the sea, no sea view, but not sure it I do anything with sea view anyway.

Nice condo and good location. Whats the difference between the sea view room and ocean view room? I see both options when I try to book

Hi Marcus thank you for visiting my channel , anyways as I’ve read your comment and you’re asking what’s the difference. Of ocean and seaview rooms . Ocean rooms means it has a balcony and you can see the ocean view on it. While the seaview rooms means you can view the water (sea view ) from your room.

How much for rent front condo view to beach 1 bedroom

From that condo office VT6 prices start at 35,000 baht or one thousand dollars for a 23 sq ft studio,10,000 baht deposit,water and electricity extra and as well other fees. A 2 bedroom was at 95,000 baht. PURE RIPOFF Any $35/night hotel room is much better. Building is old and rooms tight and musty.
