Go to monitor menu > manual image adjust > response time > change this to "Ultra Fast". You'll get the 1ms response time that way

I haven't used it personally bro. But after a little bit of research, what I can tell you is that the Samsung monitor will have better colours. The colours on this Viewsonic monitor aren't the best

Both have very similar specs, but I haven't used the MSI one. But I can recommend the Viewsonic monitor since I'm still using it
