2023 has been an incredible year for games and that also includes puzzle games! Viewfinder is a magnificent title that offers puzzles and obstacles in a way I have never seen before in a videogame. By using perspective and photographs we have to alter the landscape in order to reach our next goal. Though it might look very complicated at first, it works surprisingly intuitive and there are sometimes multiple solutions possible to solve the issue.
But what is the best thing about the game is its gorgeous and relaxed atmosphere. The game is so comforting with its vibrant colors, its mellow soundtrack and fluffy side character CAIT. It honestly felt very relaxing to play this game which was wonderful and made it to where I was never stressed or annoyed when trying to figure out a puzzle. If you love adventure games or puzzle games in general, you owe it to yourself to check this out.
