I love the Viera Wetland area
This has been the most valuable video on bird photography I've come across to date. I have watched multiple hours of various other "pros" videos that don't even come close to this video in terms of quality and quantity. Out of the million other videos that people post online about this very same subject, this guy has been the ONLY one to actually have a true technique for setting up shots out in the field - but he also explains his technique so well and logically that even I could follow it .. thank you! a million times thank you.

I was there last year when the black-bellied whistling ducks were pairing up. That’s a phenomenal place.

Great Video Doug, I really enjoyed your narration also. I live just 20 min south of Viera Wetlands but generally go to Sebastian Inlet. I subscribed to see and learn more and especially like the way you described what you were thinking re exposure and middle grey etc. Thats where I need go grow in my skills. I wonder if you recommend spot exposure or wider weighted exposure. Ted
by the way, the title track that you use is really really nice!!!
As always, terrific presentation. But I wonder about the orange shirt, when Doug usually wears camo. What is different in this situation?
