how do I recover my missing files? some how it pulse and I restarted my computer and all the video that I crop and renamed are no where to be found anymore.

Why did you skip the iPhone part? When I plug it in, it doesn't capture the screen, only the audio

Just paid for the program, it is not easy to use. All"s I wanted to do, was to download YT video's & some others from other sites. Not Happy!

I know this isn't a forum but maybe someone can help me nevertheless. Hello, trying out Video Proc on an old 4:3 holiday video. I choose mp4 but only because Target Format doesn't seem to work. I select Target Format but the 'Done' option isn't available no matter what option I choose whether it's General Profiles, General Web Video, General Video, DVD Video, HD Video or TV Video. I'm not sure what the differences are anyway. Also, the 'Done' option doesn't work when I choose Toolbox and select Denoise. I then have to click on 'Cancel' to get back to where I was. When I click on Codec Option (gear symbol) I choose 1280x720 and change the Aspect Ratio to 16:9, keep the frame rate to original (25 fps) and then click on Done and then Run. Once the process is complete I take a look but there is no difference to the original whatsoever. Why? Where am I going wrong?

My Question to VideoProc: How did you get your video to full screen? I have the program and when I open the program it's very small 6.5" X 10”. The reply I received from the company: Thank you for contacting Digiarty! We are really sorry that we do not support this.We will try to achieve this in the future. Thanks for your understanding. The free downloader worked once then failed to download anything after that. Analysis failed for EVERYTHING. Useless as a downloader.

I tried VideoProc and I would not recommend it to my friends. Sorry.
