For me all it does just increase the size of the file but never upscales resolution. I sent them multiple emails followed their instructions the result every single time 0

@@neilcollinsrecording I’m trying to upscale my resolution from 480P or 720P to 1080 I have tried everything even followed the steps which they sent me in an email but all it does makes my videos sizes bigger but resolution stays the nothing happens to the resolution. If you know how to upscale bigger file video like from 800MB to 1.40GB videos please let me know.
