The best part about this song is that it sounds peaceful at first, almost like you've beaten the boss. But then... it kicks in.

長いイントロを経て一気に盛り上がるのマジで好き。何度聴いても鳥肌モノ。

今年ピアノの発表会でこちらの曲を弾きます。あまりピアノアレンジがないため原曲をpsで1からゲームを進め聞きました。父がこの曲、ゲーム対して思いれがあるのも納得した作品です。練習頑張ろうと改めて思いました。

ライブラでドレスの中をのぞくと宇宙が広がってる演出、どうやって表現してるのかわからないけど天才すぎるとおもう

Then, she reveals her true form; a monstrous faceless being of pure magic. Refusing to give up her goal of compressing time, only to inevitably bring about her ultimate downfall. Poor Squall after this, seeing that he's essentially caused a Predestination Paradox before nearly being lost as the magic holding his surroundings begins to fade away, his memories along with it.

外伝作品のアルティミシアの過去は後付け設定なんだろうけど 曲からアルティミシアが魔女になってからの感情、特に悲しみと怒りや憎しみが伝わってくような曲調で大好きな曲だ。

Agreed! I think III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XI, and XII all have amazing ones!

It's interesting how her initial dialogue is similar to Neo Exdeath's from FF5 (except focused on time instead of emptiness). Anyways, this is easily one of the best final boss themes in the _entire_ franchise.

Final fight. At first time you even cannot understand when it will end. It goes on and on. And music. It will grow more and more intense.

歴代ラスボスの中で群を抜いて好きです これから人知を超えたものと戦うのだと入りの表現で思い知らされる感じがたまらない…魔女が存在する世界観が耳の中で広がって最高です！

3Dサラウンドなのが良いです！　最初は静かで後から爆発！

ラスボス曲の中でも、最初のピアノパートから、演出を含めて、これまた派手な感じでカッコよくて好きです！

最後アルティミシアが何度もHP1になって耐えて語りかけてくるのめちゃくちゃ意味深すぎる 「そして・・・」の後に続くのは「私も消えよう、永遠に！」だと思ってる

どこかで聞いたことのあるメロディだけど、ずっと思い出せなかった。 そして最近やっと思い出した。 そうだ！映画「エクソシスト」のテーマ曲だと。

自分のスタメンこの３人だった！ もうＦＦⅧも終わりかぁ。寂しいなぁ

なにも知らずに全員Lv100で臨んだらとんでもなく強くて、音楽が凄まじくてヴィジュアル怖くて、トラウマになりましたが音楽は大好きです！！！

@@Zeithri They did get remakes on steam and phones, but square took those down due to them being garbage remakes and the pixel remasters were coming out at the time.

​​@@Zelink108quite the opposite actually. Ff9 story is complete from a to z. Every thing is solved at the end and the story is clear through all the game. Ff8 on the other hand was a game too ambitious for its time and had many content being cut due to space limitation. Not to mention the story after cd2 is kinda... Weird. And some characters lack story and dev like kyros/ward and selphie/irvine.

The Extreme is a better song than One Winged Angel IMO (but not Dancing Mad). It's my favourite final boss theme and fight in the whole series, it goes so damn hard. Also love Ulti's dual-form design that comes back later for Anima in FFX.

Yeah, VIII really saves itself in the endgame. A majority of the game is super mediocre to bad, but once it finally opens up at the end there's a lot of fun side content to do and the final dungeon and final boss are both excellent!

For me this was cinematic....i started the slow part with Squall Limit then in 1:37 Squall's last Limit kick in lol

After ffiv's final battle theme, this is number 2 favorite final battle theme, of any game i have played.

again, i wasn't able to get a proper listen being too busy throwing out some megaelixir and mega potions after that special move of hers.... least i gave her a taste of her own medicine with apocalypse hehehe. really fun way to end her once and for all...

このファイナルファンタジーがあったから魔女という概念をガンダムという作品に私が考えた…水星の魔女の元ネタとも言える大河内脚本に頼んで作らせたら全く別のシナリオに変えられた本来はシュバルゼッテはミオリネが乗り魔女ととしてスレッタとプロスペラとの最終決戦を挑むはずだったそもそも大河内脚本がプロスペラにガンダム用意していないからめちゃくちゃになったアニメ制作前から弁護士にグエルの機体ではないと刑部メカデザイナーに四回ぐらい訴えたがインタビューでグエルのシュバルゼッテを機体と世間に広めた罪は重い…今後ラウダは二度と使わせない💢☺💢
