You must be right because I’ve heard of this Easter egg some time ago, and that sounds right.

In high on life's tutorial, another important easter egg most miss is that the arena room you fight in is actually a 1:1 recreation of the same tutorial arena from Doom 2016

In the same tutorial if you pause when the gun says shoot him he will acknowledge it.

A couple of interesting details from GTA 1 that no many people know, and that were adopted by later games: - There is radio interference whenever you go under a bridge - Bloody footprints after stepping over a dead body

There's one high on life boss fight that just straight up name drops a bunch of games. It was amazing.

The "kid" you can shoot in High On Life kinda makes me think of Face McShooty from Borderlands 2, purely because he eggs you on to do it.

Considering how utterly piss the rest of the game is, I'd argue that video would be literally the only value the game has.

In high on life an enemy can say "there's no reference in this game to Rick & Morty! Well, I think that's one"

In assassins creed Valhalla there’s also a reference to Winnie the Pooh. A boy asks you to get some honey for his “Friend” named winifer. After completing the quest and follow the boy a pig, mule, and bear surround the boy.

In ac valhalla theres a Shierwood forest, I just saw my buddy run into a hunter wearing all green wielding a bow who said we should meet his merry band of thieves sometime

There another few details in RDR2 by swapping the shotgun for a pistol and don’t have any snacks before finding John in the mountains

One of my favorite Easter eggs recently is from a small early access game, "Railroads Online!" In the new Cooke Mogul 2-8-0, if you clip through the front of the train there is a plate of cookies, in the front of the oftenly called "Cookie"

In gas station simulator I only found two EEs so far I think. #1 Behind the wearhouse & just to the left of the junkyard in a rockey area there's a shiny metal monolith referencing the utah monolith. Then the 2nd, there's a customer you can encounter wearing a white shirt with a black handprint design with the words "we dont know " below it, referencing the note you get from the dark brotherhood in Skyrim.

The last one was interesting, I shot him twice and figured it was impossible to move on. Next thing I know these two flying drones appear and I am such a bad shot I missed and hit him anyway for a 3rd time and got the achievement which made it very memorable.

We need a whole video just on high on life!

Thats a nostalgia trip, when i was a kid i accidentally found flying cell as well as the dancing elevator eggs, they gave me a good laugh when the game came out. Now I feel old seeing it mentioned specifically for the remaster.

T I'm pretty sure you showed this before with the original Crysis 2, but in the remaster, in the Dead Man Walking mission, if you interact with a fuse box and an elevator after reaching the basement of the building, you will see two CELL soldiers dancing, complete with techno music, party lights, fog, and a disco ball.

I found a breaking bad reference in high on life. There is a pizza on the roof of the bounty hunters house. (I found it after I completed the game, but I don't know when it actually shows up there.)

I believe the Crysis 2's egg is a Wall-E reference, the trooper being EVA and the lil robot being the already mentioned.

Honestly just want a high on life Easter egg video all by itself🥺

Gus is the only one who will shoot slumsly with no question. Not even sweezy will do it on first try

Did you know, in the excellent high on life, after your sister has “taken a line” and you choose your character model, if you change your model really fast, your sister will make a couple of dazed comments.

I think there's a God of War reference in there with a Orc with his son. Or that might've been a different game I can't remember.

Also shooting the kid is a reference to borderlands where you get the quest to shoot the guy in the face…he’s said thank you after you do it jst like the kid says “ahh you shot me I’m dead”

Have you ever covered RuneScape easter eggs? Both OSRS and RS3 have years upon years of easter eggs strewn about, numerous probably undiscovered even to this day. There's some real simple ones, like using a herring on a tree gives the message "This is not the mightiest tree in the forest", a reference to Monty Python. Then there's elaborate ones that took place over the course of weeks as an in-game joke, like the infamous Timbo Tree. You can find Spongebob's pineapple along with his neighbors out of bounds in an OSRS minigame, handing a man in an outhouse a "Soaked Page" gets you some extra dialogue, using the Dream spell with a Jar of Dreams in your inventory jumpscares you. Lots of fun stuff.

lots of the quests and holiday events have references in them as well, or some npcs just have funny 4th wall breaking dialogue if you pay attention.. for example “doric’s quest” and the one where you collect the beads for the wizard (can’t remember what it’s called atm) if you show up with the exact amount of items they’re asking for you get some amusing dialogue

At the beginning of high on life once you get the gun pause game and then the gun will get mad at you for posing in the game

In High on Life in the tutorial, there is a vent you can access in the final room. If you go into the green sludge and jump around a corner there is a secret vent that says "fuck you". When you try to leave you get locked in with the way you went into the vent also saying "fuck you". Haven't seen it posted anywhere as the starting tutorial is on a time limit

What a co-incidence. I played high on life yesterday. There I found a reference to the G-man. I found 2 people hidden in a container, before I was supposed to meet them. Later they told me "we were watching you before you even knew us."

In RDR2, lightning almost always strikes the 'WHY' trees during a storm.

Isn't the "why" trees a sign of Big Foot territory? Apparently he would rip out trees and place them upside down, roots up, to mark his territory. Would explain the mysterious message and I've read a comment where it would get struck by lightning.
