Nice video! Being alone can be a good thing but feeling lonely is bad. Today we have options to be virtually connected with someone all the time and thus not feel alone. Human beings have spent the entire process of evolution trying to unexpectedly escape loneliness, so when we realize that we may be the only ones in the universe, we try to find solutions to look for intelligent life elsewhere. I think some good topics to talk about would be: Hope, fear or anger.

i have so much to say about this video, so please bear with me. i've never felt so seen (especially online). as a south african i had a very similar childhood experience and this influenced my relationship with myself and those around me. i've also experienced the same cycle of depression leading to isolation. all i can say is thank you for this. i'm so happy that i found your channel. looking forward to your next post. after a long difficult day this is all i needed. keep shining your warm light to the world in these dark times

@@WanderstoWonders one last thing, about your video on love, i've been learning about the responsibility that comes with love. i'm currently reading this book called all about love by bell hooks and it has really helped me to fully understand the concept. it's also helped my healing and self love journey. definitely recommend you to check it out.

I’m was born and raised in London however my ethnicity is Vietnamese 🇻🇳
