Shake it down! (OK, OK, so I did a little editing ... 10 mins on my phone. Probably won't happen again. Ha ha ha - One take, only take baby!)

Just subscribed, love the setup, I'm looking for a good dry backpack for my light adventure camping setup. I was going to just strap my tent, chair, cook kit and sleeping bag together, but this is a much better way to do it. 👍🏻🍻 I built a set of tank saddle bags myself, they are on my channel if you want to see them. Wish I would have seen yours first! Would have been less work haha!

Desert Dual Sport I lucked out on how well that tank and front saddlebag unit designed for an ATV fit on the XT 250. It’s working out nicely.

Hey there @Xt250allday how do you have those nelson riggs mounted? Are they resting on anything on the left side?

On the left side it *was* resting on a tool canister which was attached to my frame with P clamps. However, I did not anticipate how much the nelson rigg bag would push the canister inward when I was catching air ... so after a few mild jumps, the rear tire tore the tool tub off! With no tool tube, no problem on the left side without resting on anything ... the saddle bag on the left moves a bit but I don't notice it at all. However, I'm currently fashioning a bracket to use in addition to the P clamps to hold a tool canister solid and it should be all good.
