because he's an actual person, not a youtuber, youtubers have to fake their emotion when they get behind a camera, for me i think mark just is who he is, he's an extremely optimistic goofball, and he records himself doing what he loves to do, theres a difference between him and other youtubers, for example, jacksepticeye isn't always screaming and yelling constantly, he has to put on an act for the camera. TLDR: Because he's him, and he likes being him.
