Excellent review. You captured the V&A experience very well. It can be your once in a life experience. It is the only five diamond restaurant in Florida. We have dined there eight times over the last couple of decades. The staff is family and the menu changes frequently so it is an evolving experience.

This is a restaurant I personally will probably never go to- even if I saved up for it…with that being said…. Thank you guys for sharing your experience! I am enjoying all your videos, especially your cruises ❤

It’s definitely an experience! We went there to celebrate a wedding anniversary years ago and were just amazed. I remember back then the servers (one male, one female) took pains to introduce themselves as “Victoria” and “Albert.” And the hardest played Disney tunes all night long. We loved it but, yeah, it’s not something we need to do again.

Great review! We had the amazing fortune to dine there several years ago - definitely a big splurge, but I’m so glad we did it. If your friends ever go back, encourage them to give the seafood a try - I generally do not care for seafood, but I would eat it all day if it was prepared like it was there!

Love this video. We’ve never been to this place, so it’s great to hear about it from you. Sounds like you were well pampered and reflects the classiest of this place. It’s well above what we would spend, but I get the quality of food and service is impeccable.👍👍

You re right we ‘re 2 and I always search for 4 ppl for dining reservations then edit it to 2 Everytime it opens up tons of reservations spots. Great review hopefully I’ll make it one day to this one

Love all of your reviews. Glad to see you finally got into V&As. I ate there a couple of weeks ago and had the same menu. It was a whey broth with the salmon (if I'm remembering right - I did the wine pairing so things got a bit fuzzy by the end).

Tooth fish is the fancy name for Chilean Sea Bass. It sounded like you had a wonderful evening. Some day we will go but will be a one and done for us as well. We just aren’t fancy

Not sure why there is conflicting info online. Some sources recommended 20% and up, some suggested a lot less since the cost of the meal is so high. I disagree with that view. If you’re going to V&A, you know the cost going in. Don’t undertip just to save some money overall. My thought aligns with you, 20-25% depending on the level of service. Thanks again for the fantastic review and sharing your approach on the tip!

Nice jacket

It's great, but let's be honest. They charge 3 Michelin star prices for only a 1 star quality.

It was way better when Scott Hunnel was the executive chef, and not nearly as expensive.
