For me it is Turn On, Tune In, Bug Out. How the hell do you even complete that without the cops blowing your vehicle to bits lol I had to use the bulletproof car that spawned in front of the business (once you aquire all businesses) to complete it. PS: I know that a helicopter spawns in the mission, but for the last objective you have to use pay n spray which is impossible with a helicopter
