​@@carreviewer6345 exactly that's hell it's hard to run away from them at the start of the game because Claude's 4 sec ahh stamina and then that one mission where you chase the guy to get rid of the evidence they kept crashing into my vehicles letting the target get further away and blow up the vehicles 😔

Both Health and armor to 200, this orange atmosphere...reminds me of my PS2 100% Save file i still have of the game...the only thing i never fully did it was getting the GodFather criminal rating in the game. But i don't think ever could, Open world Games kinda lose the Charm to me after doing 100% because only thing left to do is exploration and chaos on a world that feels like you are the only alive being there

Есть три способа подбить вертолёт. Первый это гранатомёт с 2 выстрелов (бывает и одного хватает). Снайперка, правда нужно стрелять в окно лобовое со стороны пилота. Несколько раз, от 5 и 7 патронов. Ну и третий классический пулемет (Миниган слишком много пуль надо, а вот М60 кладёт с 2-3 магазинов примерно.

You can do that by using three cheats -every npc fight with each other -all npc have guns -all cars drive crazy

@@sebastianschmidt6136 it's just not meant to be played this way. High FPS on Vice City break the game. You can hear with the police dispatcher being player practically every second, it shouldn't be like this. The same issues apply to GTA 3 and San Andreas. Uncapping the FPS is dangerous

I did a kill spree from the car sales place. Got to 6 stars. Army arrive. Flare onto tank. Stole tank. Drive to garage. Switch to car. Into pay and spray. Stars go away. Save game. Tank mine forever.
