I worked just up north in Kansas, to the south west of wichita. We used a Komatsu just like that, but a 10 ton crane to drive pile for bridges and what not. Used a drop hammer system.

look guys, this is Duncan, Oklahoma. I was born there. If they have automated pile driving at all then thats an improvement for them. My Brother-in-law worked on just this same crew for many years and he knew the local conditions better than anyone in the county and he says thats fine for the area so I believe him.

these vibe heads are mainly used for sheet pile which usually is not made to support loads also it's extremely rare that piles will sink into the ground that easy

How the heck do they expect to get pin point accuracy like that machine. Piles get driven to a general spec. The fine measurements are done in the structure.

the operator only needed some hair on that hole to find it.

Looks like they are using the machine to bend or force the pile into the specified position.

How are you going to prove bearing if these pile support a load you need to know what bearing you drove them to. Not doable with a Vibratory Driver Extractor hate to drive across that bridge with a heavy load.

It's made by Hercules machinery in the Midwest of the USA. Possibly Indiana. It works very very well and a lot faster than you're seeing here with a good experience the operator.

Not quite what he’s asking, you gotta have a diesel hammer to find refusal. Vibratory is ok to start the beam or do sheet pile.
