Innovative Percussion saw my last video about my mallet collection - and they were nice enough to reach out to me and replace my RS251 mallets, which had fallen apart pretty quickly. (Watch it here: • My Entire Jazz Vibraph... )
Not only did they do that, but they sent me a whole bunch of other mallets to review as well!
I didn't know what they were going to send me until I opened the box for this video.
Also - I don't officially endorse any companies, so everything in this video is my honest opinion.
Thank you SO much to Innovative Percussion for sending me these mallets - that's the first time I've ever gotten something like this from a music company.

When you hold up the mallets, there is a white and green background that looks like green grass surrounded by snow. What is the background?

That’s my yard :) I just figured it would be nice to see something different, it was a snowy sunny day when I recorded so I went on the balcony.
Question: how many mallets do you actually get when buying ONE set? Is that 2 or 4?

They are usually sold in pairs unless specified.
You should try using a string bow on vibraphone in jazz.

I have - rarely though.. I did it on one of the tracks on my album 'Fade' called 'Stop Or I'll Throw My Keys'.. Bass bow works the best!
please someone tell me how much it will cost to get a vibraphone even the used ones are pretty costly any advice on buying a cheap vibraphone

@Salim Sivaad $2,000 that is still costly but anyway can you tell me about the mechanism of Motors what do Motors do what can we do with that I don't know anything about this percussion instruments

@@samroyproductions3476 Well there are malletkats, or also the new Pearl Mallet station.. I don't know that much about either one, but they are at least portable and cheaper (although still probably around $1000)..
