The station officer gave me one copy of the complaint with the seal of police station. Now what shall I do further.

നമസ്കാരം സാർ -എന്തൊരു വിഷമം പിടിച്ച നിയമങ്ങളാണ് നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ ,ഞാൻ വിദേശത്താണ്. നാട്ടിലെ വാഹന വിൽപന _ വാങ്ങൽ നിയമങ്ങളെ പറ്റി താങ്കൾ വിവരിക്കുമ്പോൾ 'അതിലെ നൂലാമാലകൾ എത്ര സങ്കീർണ്ണമാണെന്ന് ഞാൻ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നത്. ഇവിടെ ആ കാര്യങ്ങളൊക്കെ എത്ര ലളിതമായി ആണ് നടക്കുന്നത്, ഇവിടെ എല്ലാവരും വാഹനം വിറ്റു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 2-3 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളി പേരു മാറ്റം നടത്തുന്നു.വിൽക്കുന്നവരും വാങ്ങുന്നവരും പേര് മാറ്റം എത്ര യും വേഗം നടത്താൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. അതിനായി രണ്ട് പേരും ആദ്യം ഇൻഷ്വൂറൻസ് ഒഫിസിൽ പോവുന്നു (വിൽക്കുന്നവർ പോവണമെന്ന് നിർബന്ധമില്ല) ഇവിടുത്തെ തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡിൻ്റെ കോപിയും വണ്ടിയുടെ മുൽകിയ യും (ഒരു വർഷത്തേക്കുള്ള വാഹന രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ) ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മതി.ഇന്ത്യൻ രൂപ ഏകദേശം 900 രൂപ കൊടുത്താൽ വാങ്ങുന്ന ആളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് വണ്ടിയുടെ ഇൻഫ്യൂറൻസ് മാറ്റപെടുന്നു.( വാങ്ങുന്ന ആൾ അണ് ആ തുക നൽകേണ്ടത്. കൂടെ തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡും, ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസും പ്രൊഡ്യൂസ് ചെയ്യണം ) അതിനു ശേഷം 2 പേരും കൂടെ ആർ ടി ഓ യിൽ പോകണം ഇൻഷൂറൻസ് ഓഫിസിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പേപ്പറും മുൽകിയയും 2 പേരുടെ തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡും കൊടുത്താൽ നമ്മുടെ പണി കഴിഞ്ഞു. 10 മിനിറ്റിനുള്ളിൽ വാങ്ങിയ ആളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയ പുതിയ മുൽകിയ നമ്മുടെ കൈയിൽ കിട്ടുന്നു. ആർ ടി ഓയിലും 900 രൂപ കൊടുക്കണം അതും വണ്ടി വാങ്ങിയ ആൾ ആണ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത്. ഇവിടെ വണ്ടി വാങ്ങിയ ആൾക്കാണ് പേര് മാറ്റം നടത്തേണ്ട കൂടുതൽ ആവശ്യകത കാരണം വിറ്റ ആൾ വണ്ടി കാൺമാനില്ല എന്ന് കേസ് കൊടുത്താൽ വാങ്ങിയ ആൾ കുടുങ്ങിയതു തന്നെ. അതുമല്ല അടുത്ത വർഷം രജിസേ ട്രഷൻ (മുൽകിയി) പുതുക്കണമെങ്കിൽ ഇൻഷ്യൂറൻസിലും, ആർ ടി ഓയിലും യദാർത്ഥ ഉടമസ്ഥൻ്റെ തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖ കാണിക്കണം' കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ മുൽകിയ യുമായി അവിടെ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. ആയതിനാൽ വാങ്ങിച്ചവന് പരമാവധി ഓണർഷിപ്പ് ചേഞ്ച് ചെയ്യാതെ ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആ വണ്ടി ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. മുൽകിയ പുതുക്കണമെങ്കിൽ വാങ്ങിച്ച ആളുടെ അടുത്ത് തന്നെ തിരിച്ച് ചെല്ലേണ്ട ഗതികേട് വരും സാർ ,എന്താണ് നമ്മുടെ നാട് ഇങ്ങനെ.?

ഈ പ്രശ്നം വരാതിരിക്കാൻ എല്ലാ വർഷവും ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പുതുക്കുമ്പോൾ rc ഓണർ റുടെ ആധാർ കൂടി ചേർത്താൽ മാത്രമേ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് നൽകാവൂ അപ്പോൾ വിറ്റ ശേഷം പേര് മാറ്റം വരുത്താതെ 1 വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഓടിക്കാൻ ആവില്ല ഇനി ഓടിച്ചാൽ പോലീസ് ചെക്കിങ് ഇൽ പിടിക്കുകയും ഒർജിനൽ ഓണർ ക്ക് ഫൈൻ വരും അപ്പോൾ വിവരം അറിയാം. എന്റെ ഹസ്ബൻഡ് ഗൾഫിൽ ആണ് അദ്ദേഹം 2014 ഇൽ വിറ്റ ബൈക്ക് ഇപ്പോളും ഏട്ടന്റെ പേരിൽ തന്നെ അന്ന് പോകുന്ന തലേ ദിവസമാണ് വിറ്റ് sale letter ഒപ്പ് വച്ചു നൽകിയത് ആണ്. ഇപ്പൊ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ മാറ്റില്ല.

Madam , എന്റെ കൈയ്യിൽ രേഖകൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഇല്ല, ഞാൻ എന്റെ അളിയന് ആണ് കൊടുത്തത്‌ സെയിൽ ലെറ്റർ ഞാൻ കൊടുത്തിരിന്നു . അദ്ദേഹം അത് മറിച്ചു വിറ്റു. അദ്ദേഹവും പേരുമാറ്റിയില്ല വാങ്ങിച്ചവരും പേരു മാറ്റിയില്ല. അദ്ദേഹത്തോട് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ വാങ്ങിയ ആളെ മറന്നു പോയി എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്.

While your video explains very well only on future transactions and its precautions, and on video on 13.40 seconds you just started explaining on earlier transactions and ends with an ambiguity , as the video was edited and stopped. Appreciate if you could advise me the steps i should follow to get this done from RTO.
