My favorite thing about the Resident Evil fight scene, in both versions, is that Wesker somehow gets his shades back after he throws them all cinematically.

Personally, I just took the Afterlife scene as Wesker being stiff just to fuck with the two cause those two (chris and clair) should know he does have powers of some kind lol. It is now headcannon.
Lesson learned. Don't shake the camera when filming for VFX shots. Now to never use that knowledge, ever.

The blurb about the ODM gear being something completely outside of our frame of reference really struck me - I remember watching an AMV of the Kenny vs. Levi fight and almost idly thinking that Levi's gotta have a really strong brain (physically)... all those split-second directional changes at incredible speed would probably knock anyone who wasn't an Ackermann unconscious LOL

I belive based on behind the scenes interview, it wasn't a budget thing to make the live action Titans humans instead or CGI. Hey guys, long time subscriber, and so long I can't remember if you ever looked at Peter Jackson's 'The Frighteners' (1995). Jackson used his own VFX company (Weta Digital) which had only existed for three years and had a ton of practical effects too to make rural New Zealand look like Midwestern USA. Specifically the character 'The Judge' and his CG jaw. Also, along the Jackson theme, Bad Taste and Brain-dead would be awesome breakdowns, a ton of practical effects, stop-motion, etc. Hopefully you see this and cover these in a future episode! 12:29 AM. Watching this. Eating Cheerios when I here Wren say, "They're probably eating cheerios". Pauses to think of cosmic implications. Then continues to eat cheerios...
You should definitely check the “Love death and robots” series, there are some crazy VFX shots that you guys should react on

They mentioned they are aware we want that to happen in one of the animation episodes
For the next episode review the effects in The Parent Trap!
Paddington 1-2, magical films the kids loved them and I even enjoyed them. Look at how the actors interact with Paddington and intern him with his environment
Please do “Snow in the desert” from “Love, Death & Robots” I died when I saw it

It's also a method used in traditional Japanese plays, which I think is a cool callback.

“Attack on Titan is at its core this Power Rangers, Ultraman, Voltron thing, but with flesh mechs.” *shows Gundam*
The Resident Evil scene doesn’t feel complete without a seagull witch’s laugh and “this is borderline experimental”

You mean the laugh of an angel.
You guys should definitely react to love death & robots, I’d love to see what you think of all the different looks and feels of each episode.
I think it'd be neat if in a future video you did a spotlight on practical effects, their importance, culminating in Tom Savini appearing on The Simpsons
The song in the residents evil afterlife scene is The Outsider by A Perfect Circle in case anyone is interested
Since you talked about the live-action AoT, I'd just like to say, RIP Haruma Miura. He was an amazing actor, and he left us far too soon. For anyone reading this, please seek help if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, my heart is with you and I hope you manage to recover.

When things were at their very worst: 2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy. Scientists will say it was a global illusion. Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again. After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way. Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet - will seem to rise from the dead - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one. One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist. Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent. "Many events, including ecological upheavals, wars, the schism in My Church on Earth, the dictatorships in each of your nations - bound as one, at its very core - will all take place at the same time." 1 November 2012 The Book of Truth

I'd love to see you react to the 2020 Invisible Man. There's a scene where he's fighting with the main character while partly phasing in and out in real-time.
Gonna suggest it again - you guys NEED to look at Gangs of London! The action sequences are spectacular! Especially Elliot fighting the two Irish guys in ep.1-2, and pretty much EVERYTHING in Ep.6!
The part with the helicopter snatch, she would feel like standing under a damn tornado and they wouldn't even been able to talk to each other without screaming lol

That's actually an amazing pick up! Honestly shocking how quickly I went from disliking that live action movie to at least appreciating the efforts of the team involved, because after they mentioned that it was all just based on the game cutscenes it was very clear that the team was just honoring the source material
