Are you referring to the dublin tournament? If so, yes, but we aren't planning to go back to a davis tournament anytime soon because its too far@@7163BChewbotcaRobotics

Are you guys using a rubber band backwall? If so, do you have any tips on how I can make one without the rubber bands snapping my beams? Thanks!

Yes, we do use a rubber band wall. Try to add support beams and standoffs.

what piece do you guys use for the switch (the piece that moves when the bar hits it going into the supply zone) and also do you guys have your wheel axles on middle holes or on bottom or top holes

we placed our wheels in the bottom holes. we use 3 by 2 by 3 angle pieces for the phase-through mechanism

and also how did you guys make it so smooth like even with the weight of the robot

How hard is it to build phase with a lot of weight on top? And are you able to show how yours works or a basic on how they work?

Building a phase mechanism requires a lot of work to make it smooth. Our mechanism is still evolving and maybe we will reveal it in a future video.

use a 3 to 1 gear ratio and set the code velocity to 1750 rpm. If you build it correctly, your motors will not be destroyed. Also, try to have the motors in front of the intake like theirs. If you think that I am not a valid source, my team is 18th in the world.
