That's a great review of a tempting product. I own a few things by Vevor, and have never had a problem with them, so can't comment on whether their customer service is any good. It's always seemed to be excellent stuff at an excellent price.

It’s nuts all we need to do our job, any surface is welcome especially one on wheels. The other thing is that it has to be easy to get downstairs or forget it.

This is great for being portable, collapsible, and on wheels. In a permanent installation like a van build or using it as a kitchen pantry, there is no need for it to be collapsible with all the compromises that requires, like not being able to move the shelves up and down, choose a different size, number, or spacing of shelves, etc. It has the extra mechanism parts taking up space. I'd just figure out exactly what shelf size and spacings I wanted, and built it out of wood, metal, or adjustable shelving like the nice chrome wire ones where you can move the shelves up or down in 1 inch increments. It's not a case of if, but when, as to running into a situation where you want to fit something between shelves, and you'll have to start over from scratch to do it. Van builds get redone over time as the equipment and stuff you carry with you changes, as you learn or as your needs evolve. It's almost cool enough to stow folded, and use as an outdoor kitchen cart for a van lifer, but I think it takes up too much space, there are things that fold down smaller for that purpose, without the wheels, with thinner shelves.
