Vevor Electronic Dot Peen CNC Marker 300mm x 200mm Making Dog Tags

This is a fun video about a machine that I had never heard of before. It's a marker that sounds like a woodpecker and uses a pointed pin to create artworks. Vevor set me up with an account that allows me to request samples for a video and this was something that I didn't know I needed before this video. Warning it may give you a headache. I would recommend a clear coat on the tags for long life.

I think this is great! When I had my dogs first tag made, it was an engraving machine. Recently we adopted a second dog and decided to get matching tags. All these new engravers, are actually just lasers and they just etch the surface. So they really don't last that long before they become unreadable. This is the kind of machine that would do an excellent job. Let us know if you start selling dog tags! Also, loved the crocheting your wife did for those animals. Brings me back when I would watch my grandmother crochet or knit all sorts of things back in the day.

it's a fun machine. The tags I am using are aluminium and scratch up easily but look like they should last. If you just want 2 send me a email with what you want on them, once I get my computer problem fixed I'll make them and let you be the durability tester. My darn shop laptop died, I'm setting up a mini pc and will order a monitor next week. Thanks for watching.

Very cute and unique idea to put dog tags on those toys. Wow, I would have so much fun with that. SO many ways to use it. I have never checked it and am guessing that is the max draw with the solenoid active and steppers moving. Just basically a simple arduino controller so at idle it shouldn't be much. Im guessing you want a decent inverter that can filter the solenoid spikes. You may need a crude sound enclosure so it doesn't bother the neighbors.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. It's a shame there's no software support for my Macs. I might have to buy a Windows laptop so I can also get one of these machines. I love that old simple Windows software. They also have SO many items with really great prices. Did you see the VEVOR Commercial Chopper? That would be well worth it during garden harvest and processing time at the end of summer. And it's a really reasonable price too. I hope you review it in the future! You certainly have enough garden produce to process every season. There are dozens of things I want to get from them. They have a really nice-looking stainless dehydrator for $102.99. I might get that as a second dehydrator. Thanks to your video. I never heard of them before.

They are like the Sears Roebuck of Chinese manufacturers. I just had to buy a new computer for my shop because the 8 year old laptop won't always boot and is just slowing down with every update now. I found an awesome deal on one of the BeeLink mini pc boxes on Amazon. Has Windows 11pro and a older AMD chip that is surprisingly fast for things like controlling machines. Prices are definitely falling on pcs left over from last Christmas should If you want the frustration of Windows. If you need some tags just send me a email, if you need many the machine may be worth investing in. Those choppers look nice but we are running out of space and my mandolin still works good. They have an overwhelming selection of items and supposedly I can get anything to try if you see something that you would like to see if it works good before buying. wish I had more time and energy to set up another chanel just to review things because they all seem to become my highest number of views videos.

They say just share your honest thoughts and hope you like it. So far I haven't had any problems with any of the things from them. Even the cheap cnc spindles and vfds I have bought from them still work great. Using a Mac can be like being left handed with some of this simple old software. My hand one just sort of shakes. I searched after getting this and found the head for 3018 machines on Alied express but it was $170 and I think the bearings wouldn't last long. The ortur laser wouldn't handle this. They use a cam follower on the top to handle the pecking vibration. Not a fiber laser but marks metals. Fun to try something that's not frustrating to learn to use. I recently recycled my first Epson dot matrix printer that cost me a grand 30 years ago. First did you go through the calibration printing out that ruler measuring it and adjusting the steps. Then printing again like I did. Then did you adjust the guides to the zero, zero. of the pin. then I run a test on shirt cardboard to verify the location and size before wasting a tag. Double sided tape the tag to the bed for best results. Draw a vector artwork of your heart in a drawing program then open it with thor and adjust the zero, zero. Then save it for future use.
